Where can you get more build specs on this build, part numbers etc.. I know there are lot of ways to get there but would like to know what this baseline came from. Also what the the rear suspension under it - 4 link?
I've just watched the full two episodes of this and what annoyed me was that they gave the acceleration rates in something I didn't understand. 0-100mph I think it was. I mean, surely, acceleration rates are normally given as 0-60 in .... How can we compare rates if they are given in something different to the norm for people like us who don't drag race? It will of course mean something to other drag racers, but this programme is made for the average viewer and the average viewer I would think only understands a 0-60 rating. Also, although I loved seeing a car prepared for drag racing, I was really disappointed when they chose to convert this lovely 60s car to a drag racer. I mean, how many of them are there left? This car would have looked much better resorted as factory built with the nice two tone seats and some white walls .... gorgeous.
Que pena que convirtieran un clásico en eso, me consideraba fan del programa por las transformaciones que hacían pero esto ya salió de la línea del programa. Buscaré otro programa
Im a huge fan of Wheeler Dealer and MoPar A-body cars and i was realy exited at first but it quickly turned to a huge disappointment. Why didnt they show the whole re-assembly of the Barracuda insted of jumpin from a empty body on the car hoist in the garage to a finished race car in the staging lane at the Pomona Dragstrip? Why didn`t they drive a "Best of 3 " race or at least a couple of solo passes with the Barracuda so "Ant" could`v had the chanse to swap he`s 50 horsepower Nitrous jets to the 250 horsepower-jets that followed with the Jet-kit just to see how much faster he could go. Why didnt they show when both cars did the stagingprocedure at the startingline? (like clearing their Nitroussystems for example) Why did they only show insidefotage of the drivers until they crossed the finishline, instead of showing the cars as they went down along the dragstrip. is it becuse neither "Ant" or the "NHRA dude" drove these cars at all, yeah i belive that is so. Im sorry to say but i think this episode was the worst ever of Wheeler Dealer.
The cars is OK. Low on tech information. But good enough for teenagers. But the comedy duo act is awful. Laurel and Hardy comes to. Mind. They even do the funny face routine. PS the target speed for 1/4 mile is laughable. Buy a old Honda civic from the breakers and destroy this cartoon car by 2 seconds.
Fun episode. Would like to have seen them swap cars out of curiosity.
Just watched the episode, great fun. Tell me what is the color code for that blue, it is awsome.
Yee Haw! That episode was fun to watch!
How to not edit a dragrace....
I want the Barracuda trick the suspension this will be an awesome car
This show was once about restoring cars. Was so excited to see the Barracuda restored and they did THIS :(
Very good boys!
Cleetus and his car Leroy would show that Camry what America is all about
so what jet size did Ant finally select and what was Antons time?
I wanna know the details of that Toyota
It's probably not a Camry at all under the body. Because real Camrys are FWD.
Where can I see the full show/episode?
So what in your opinion can be done in order for this car make the quarter of a mile in 9 seconds?
Great fun

They have no idea someone built the car for them , this show is a sham.
Well done Ant
Does anybody know the brand of the front rims?
Rims were custom built in a episode before the race.

Lmao. Wanted 11.5 seconds for a purpose built drag car with 700bhp. I've done 12.1 in a 5 seat 3 series that coat 12k with 250bhp less. 😂😂😂
I liked the fake NHRA chassis certification. Its more than sonic testing the tubing! Non of those welds would pass. Hacks!
Yessssss 🤘🧔 🇫🇷
So who drove her faster?
Why Doe's this so called hemi ( thus hemispherical pistons) engine have flat pistons? Didn't think I noticed did yah!!!!
Hemispherical combustion chambers.
I've seen honda civics do 9s on the strip
I've seen a Formula-1 doing in 3 seconds
Mi apuesta gana ant

Worst episode ever! The car doesn't hook or drive strait that is why they edited it that way, this show sucks 👎
