ways to prevent BIKE THEFT (I thought of)

I go through my ideas on HOW TO PREVENT BIKE THEFT.
Thinking of a scenario of the bike left padlocked in a city centre.
Looks like they mostly use battery powered angle grinders now.

CHEAP GPS TRACKERS :
looks like you can buy ... cheap magnetic GPS trackers (that use 2g network).
they need a working SIM card in them (?).

Why can't locks have sticky, gluey resin just beneath the surface that would goop up and ruin the angle grinders?

I think some of the most important considerations are where you choose to lock it, what you lock it to and having multiple locks.
I carry two D-bolts and a "folding" lock.
It may not deter a skilled , well equipped and determined bike thief, but it will Definitely slow them down.
Choose an area that has alot of foot traffic and is well lit.
Also, if what you are locking your bike to is easier to cut than the locks and chains, they will not hesitate to do whichever is most expedient for them.
Lastly, a technique l also employ is to make my e-bike less attractive by applying lots of stickers, duct tape and spray painted fake "rust".
The stickers are alot of work to remove, the duct tape makes it look like it's patched together and ready to fall apart and the "rust" makes it just plain ugly! Leaving your bike dirty looking with mud and grime also has a deterrent effect.
Given the choice of one with a single lock or one with several "layers of protection", which is going to be the most likely stolen? Finally, the would-be thief will invariably choose the bike that has the highest resale value.
