Thank you for being so precise and patient with your explanations. You truly show that you love your product and want help us be very successful ... sooner rather than later. Great tutorial!
Nice -versatile stamps- I’m going to use the long border stamps that came with the Queen Bee stamp sheet to create faux molding along my wall and ceiling- to mimic wide fancy molding- thanks for all your helpful tutorials.
Pove, love, LOVE your products--all quality in every way!!!! I would also like it if you could make a few big-bouquet transfers like your old company makes---except with your wonderful, lively fresh-looking flower style!!! Thanks a million for listening to me and others when we share our thoughts .... Ferns are definitely some of my favorite living things, and I have many! Im also happy to let you know that I have placed at least 4 orders for your fern transfers--and I'm just a user, not a wholesaler!!! Have you ever thought about making fern moulds? I'd be the first customer!!!
❤️ you guys. Great job. I love how you communicate. Thorough, simple, precise and not rushed. You don’t talk 90 miles an hour. Lol. (Shirt logo is good but maybe a different color shirt for our fair skin. I have the same problem. Lol. You should ever sell them on your website! ) 💖
I found you through sammy at unicorn dust design ! I love the transfers sheets I’ve used those but I just watched and learned about the stamps !! Ty for making such a great informational video .. looking forward to trying iOd now
I love that you put together a tutorial, but the one aspect of transfers that you didn't cover is what sort of a base should they go on. If it's a painted surface, as many would be (like a mineral paint), should the paint be sealed prior to transfer? And if so, with what? Typically you'll use wax on mineral paint, but I can't imagine that would be a good receiver for the transfers. Thanks much. I love your aesthetic!! Classy, chic, vintage and shabby - gotta love that combo
When using chalk and mineral type paints without a “built in topcoat”, sealing with a liquid topcoat over the paint can increase the bond of transfer to surface. It reduces the porosity of the surface and increases adhesion of transfer. Your stockist will have advice on the best product for use with their paint line. Waxing would be last, you wouldn't want to put a transfer on top of wax. Thank you
Hi Liz, great question! Welcome to our channel! Unfortunately, we often mix our colors and use all different brands, so unfortunately I don't have that answer. However, we can tell you we used a mineral-based chalk paint ❤️
I have a question… Love mixed media and I recently bought a gorgeous Bombay chest it is 45 inches wide and I was wondering what you would use out of your products on a black van by chance? Love your stuff
Hi I recently bought one of your large transfers to put on the wall above my stove which is tiled. What I want to know is will the transfer stick to the grout between the tiles. If no5 is there anything I can use to make it stick? Thank you
I love this where do I get it? Amazon maybe and what do I get? For beginners this will be my first time my Birthday is the 11th of August so it’s this week my husband has asked me what do I want so I’m going to tell him some IOD
Happy Birthday! Nothing better than trying something new on your special day. 😀 You can find a local retailer for IOD here: ironorchiddesigns.com/retailers/ You might also want to join our Creative Tribe group on Facebook to get encouragement and see what other people are making: facebook.com/groups/IODcreativetribe
Hi, im looking at your awesome designs, have you any zodiac, celestial, or halloween type designs? I love the old victorian steam punk goth feel, and if you haven't tapped into that market you could really make some money there.
I bought some lod stamps to use on furniture ,I left the I k to dry for over a day and I went to seal over it and all the ink smudged, every time I try it happens. Please can you help I feel so disheartened, thankyou ☹
Your products are very interesting, as you two sisters are, but my only complaint is - why no close ups of your products or the paper clay when you popped it out of the mold. It is really frustrating me. I can't understand why you would show us how to do something and then not pan in to show us how yours look. I live in Europe and cannot find IOD products anywhere but I dream one day I will. Thanks for the great videos.
I saw your message and thought you might like this info. I live in the U.S. and I can order from this site (in India), so you may be able to as well....just put the 3 W's in front of this site and you'll have it. crafterscorner.in
I would love it if IOD came out with an entire product line geared for children with baby animals and pastels and maybe space, construction, dinosaurs, etc. I would really love it if there were those options
yes, once dried for 24 hours and then heat set with a hot iron ( no steam) the fabric is washable with minimal fade. The stamps are removable and re usable, the block is a separate standard stamp block. thanks! Let me know if that helps :)
Hi Teri! the answer is yes and yes! The ink should be allowed to dry for 24 hours and then heat set with a hot iron no steam. and the stamps are removable and re usable!
Hey baby I love your stuff I do home craft parties I teach them Only clay parties are use only our OD mold and paper clay I can’t wait to get rich where I can use your transfers check me out look at Judy Bell on UA-cam and TickTock I’m just a funny old hippie gal, like y’all already leave gypsy too baby get you later love you
I have used your IOD Decor ink on cotton tea towels and baby onesies (following your instructions) and was told by the recipients that they faded substantially after the first wash. Not sure why your company promotes this ink for cotton, it was a waste of time and money.
Thank you for being so precise and patient with your explanations. You truly show that you love your product and want help us be very successful ... sooner rather than later. Great tutorial!
Aww! Thank you Suzi. We are so glad you enjoyed it! 😘

Fern molds would be terrific

Nice -versatile stamps- I’m going to use the long border stamps that came with the Queen Bee stamp sheet to create faux molding along my wall and ceiling- to mimic wide fancy molding- thanks for all your helpful tutorials.

I cannot wait to use these products! These will take my paint and mixed media classes to a whole new level!

So glad you enjoyed!! ❤️

Do you have instructions on how to apply the large transfers to furniture with drawers? I would really like to see that!
Found your products at my local vintage/antique store & I can't wait to get a few pieces. They're all so pretty. Thxs for the demonstrations!
If you're going do sugar arts, use the moulds for only that. Do not go back and forth between food and craft materials.

philippa swallow the ink is for fabric, not furniture. Use chalk paint on furniture (as shown in this video)
Incrediable..
.😍
Any idea where I can buy that mold? None of your stockists have it. 🙁
