That "Advance Function" unlocks a ton of features that can be accessed by pressing certain combinations of keys.
I recommend giving the manual a read.
Personally I use it all the time & find it quite useful.

Hello i got this keyboard with all cables but i don't know how to make it sound. What software program i need to make it play on my computer? is it difficult to make it sound? please help me it's such a waste to cannot make it play
i need a controller for home nothing fancy, something simple to use on logic X, I am not a piano player anyway. is it worth the money for the mk2?

It's not so much about experience as it is about needs. Some musicians only need the keyboard without all the extra fluff like knobs, sliders and faders. In which case this keyboard will also fit very well for experienced musicians.
Um, no, build quality is rather poor, the keys are klicky and within a year or so, some keys need repair because they stop working (first they lose dynamic, then they stop altogether). Perhaps a yamaha p45? This offers good bang for the buck.

By plugging it in via usb, lets say to a usb hub on an outlet, will it work alone with speakers?
You will need software to make it wont. So it needs to be connected via a computer basically
The Piano itself completely doesn't have any sounds built-in or any software, it needs a computer with music software to work, so if you plug it into speakers without the computer it's just a big board with Keys and no function.
Hey! i bought a Midi keyboard too and thinking abt buying some speakers for my macbook. What u thinking of the Bose soundlink mini 2? Is it fine to use it for the keyboard + music listening?

YouthfulRider Yh i tried but didn't fine anything( cause it's normaly a portable speaker not a monitor like Yamaha HS5, hope u understand what i mean). Yh my alternative was buying the Wavemaster X3+ (for the price it's one of the best 2.1 speaker).

I use a mini gorrilla speaker bluetooth its not small but not big , it has 3 presets, normal jazz and bass. Its amazing i paid 100 but u can probably get them way cheaper now. I use it with my laptop and fl on normal setting also make sure no audio fx on your computer is on or else it will mess up the sound you precive ... Yeah i spelled that wrong lol my bad
Is it sensitive? Like when you tap a key slowly and lightly does it sound more quiet?

You need a separate speaker for it. So yes you need a computer.

Yes
What computer do I need to play without any lags? Does it have lags? Is the software free? Do I need good sound card?
Any computer will really do as it's just music software, of course the latency and drivers are up to the software you do use, I personally use FL Studio, but there is a good FREE software called REAPER.
You don't need a sound card at all if your PC already has USB ports.
NOTE: The sounds coming from the Piano will completely depend on which VSTs or sounds you pick in that software.

I'm not definite it will work on that software, or even work on Android at all seeing as this is mainly used on PC Software.

You will need software to play it! But there are some free alternatives you can use.

If you're only staying home, or if you always have a laptop with you, then for the price, it's perfect in my opinion.

Yes
Sorry I'm late to the party.
Technically you could hook it up to a sound module such as a Roland p55, or even use the midi out through a desktop synth such as a DSI mopho. Essentially you wouldn't NEED to use a pc, but it will need another piece of hardware to provide the voices.
