Hey everyone! My name's Iver. Welcome to my channel: RA2 World Series (Aka RA2cashGames). I host and stream pro Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 (Yuri's Revenge) games... and give the winners cash :)
My channel features a variety of RA2 gameplay, including professional 1v1 matches, 2v2 games, show-matches, multi-player, free-for-all (FFA), tournaments, and cash prize events. We also feature helpful tutorials, strategies, and walk-throughs, with tips/tricks for new players. I focus mostly on PvP, but I also do PvE occasionally, like 1v7 Brutal AI Enemy challenges, Allied Campaign, and Soviet Campaign games.
"Red Alert 2 Remastered" has yet to officially release, but until it does, I've created a variety of custom maps, tiny maps, survival maps, and mod maps to keep us all entertained! We have a great community of players of all skill levels... download the game today, and come play with us! :)

💥 "Blitz"
This is a Red Alert 2 game mode of my own creation. Tiny-map, no ore, build oil for money (max 12 oils). All Allied get all Allied bonuses (minus France), all Soviet get all Soviet bonuses. There is a 10min game timer. No engineers allowed.

Yeah magnetron is great. RA2 yuris revenge such a flawless game. I used to be a top 3 player back in the day. Only lost to TOEGod. Only game I’ve ever been that good at.

lol, Yuri is so OP. Luke only lost because he was hurting his eco with his own mutator+failure to expand ore ops for map control. He therefore couldn't mass enough of those laughably OP discs like he did in the first map. Plus he didn't build the also OP dominator, whereas Latof built a nuke + iron curtain.
Yeah stopping the Yuri economy is how you beat them

I never see anyone controlling multiple route attacks with waypoints, is it just not worth using once you get so far up the ladder?
They do way point a bit but generally not full attacks, in actual engagements the players need to really "micro" their units and direct them click by click. If you watch the POV of top played you'll see them jumping back and forth to micro multiple groups at the same time
I am surprised theres a pro scene for the game, since the Allied faction gets spy sat and gap generator which is really unfair. Prism Towers are also unfair. They have so much ridiculous stuff, they are by far the protoss of C&C
Haha. Statistically speaking... At the pro level soviet is by far the most winning faction. Not really comparable actually. Very few top players who can win with allied.
Rhino tanks (the soviet ones) are stronger and more cost efficient than grizzly tanks (the allied ones). At high levels, it's very difficult to tech up to spy sats and gap generators because you need to waste $2000 to build a battle lab that eats up heaps of power and does nothing in and of itself.
Pro players know how to exploit that difference in economy, plus the tank advantage that soviets already have baseline. If you build a battle lab then 9 times out of 10 you'll get overwhelmed.
That said, allies do much better on large maps, water maps, or maps with easy chokepoints.
is there any different between this and original Red Alert 2?

Haha man this is actually funny. The first time I streamed him someone told me to say "Lah-toof" and I did it all stream. Then everyone laughed at me and said I was doing it wrong. Latof has said to call him the way the way I'm doing it now. I dunno haha.

So multi-engineers is reverting RA2 to how engineers were done in RA?
Not sure about ra1. But yeah basically first 2 engineers damage the building and the 3rd could take it. Essentially it turns off engineer-capturing. It's completely not viable.
That's essentially how it worked in RA too; you could only capture a building once the health bar was in the red, otherwise it was either damaged further, or destroyed. The first C&C was like RA2, engineers captured buildings on the first go.
Where to play pvp red alert 2 all the plat from I know are only yuri and full of cheater too
