Cool Take on a Hot Hatch

These “Moving Parts” Matchboxes have been a bit hit-or-miss for me. While the Porsche 911 was just fine I had a less-than-ideal experience with other models like the Audi RS6 and the BMW CSL. Where does this one fall on the spectrum? Let’s find out.

After seeing that gimmick engine bay, I am convinced I underestimated Matchbox Moving Parts a lot. Not that I don't own these - I own the white 1988 Mazda RX-7 which they released in 2023, not opened it yet but the engine details aren't nearly as clearly visible on the RX-7 as they are on this Focus RS. And for that, I am desperately hoping to see this in my country in the months to come when Matchbox actually ships the 2024 Moving Parts castings to India.
