    Almazan Kitchen® Axe: almazankitchen...
Imagine biting into a perfectly cooked Swedish Meatball, with its tender and juicy texture and rich, smoky flavor that fills your senses. This dish is not only popular but also loved by many across the world. To recreate this mouth-watering delicacy, start by using free-range beef to form a Viking meatball patty, then shape smaller meatballs and cook them over an open fire, allowing the flames to work their magic and infuse the meatballs with a distinct smoky aroma. It's no surprise that the iconic IKEA Swedish meatballs are based on this recipe, which has captured the hearts of many food enthusiasts. And, to elevate the flavor of these meatballs, it's best to pair them with a homemade brew, which perfectly complements the dish. Give this recipe a try and experience the authentic taste of Swedish Meatballs.

Let's just say that they were inspired by things learned during the Viking travels. Kåldolme is definitely inspired by the Turkish counterpart but made with Swedish produce, meatballs is a somewhat different dish than how it's done in Turkey and farther out east. If you look to the historical records it might just as well be the case that Turkey was inspired by the Vikings. We'll never know for sure! What we do know though is that it's meat, it's good!. Let's enjoy it, preferably together!

Exactly 👍🏻 I don’t think vikings knew what ground meat is. And you can see in their history, feasting is always about drinking ale from horns and holding a big bone with a chunk of beef or lamb and eat it. So I don’t think they know what ground beef is. Otherwise, Kebab would be Nordic and not Turkish.
