This video was Toy's very first solo reaction video. As you can tell from watching, she was right in her element immediately. Hardcore Henry is a movie that is tailor made for her.
A little while after watching this movie, Toy also watched Nobody, which was also directed by Ilya Naishuller. She loved that film just as much. Absolutely check out her Nobody Movie Reaction!

This is what we call exposure therapy.
The first time that I've ever seen Toy react on her own. Toy has such charisma. She looks like someone that could react to anything. Television shows, random UA-cam channels, etc. That's how talented Toy is.
With that being said, I've never seen Hardcore Henry.

Hardcore Henry is a wild ride, with a bunch of great performances from Sharlto and the gorgeous Hailey Bennet.
There's also a surprising amount of humor from a mute protagonist (as befits a video game inspired movie)

Hi Toy! I hope you enjoyed Hardcore Henry. You are amazing as always, and you are the first reactor I’ve seen watch this movie. I consider this an underrated gem. I had the pleasure of seeing Hardcore Henry in theaters and it was one hell of an experience.
The concept for the film began in two first-person music videos by the Moscow punk rock band Biting Elbows, "The Stampede" and "Bad Motherf****r". Ilya Naishuller, the band's front man, directed both videos, in which an unnamed protagonist attempts to steal a teleport gadget from a horde of henchmen. There's plenty of fighting and shooting, along with fighter planes, snowy mountains and chasing across rooftops.
This was Ilya Naishuller’s directorial debut. The role of Henry was played by ten different stuntmen and cameramen, including Naishuller, depending on the scene. Katya the Dominatrix was played by Darya Charusha, who also happened to be the film’s composer. Almost the entire film was shot using GoPro Hero3 Black Edition cameras.
I love that you made the “Bob” reference from SLC Punk! That was my favorite avatar that Jimmy controlled besides “The Colonel.”
If Abby, Tori, and Hannah love action films and haven’t seen this one yet, then I definitely would recommend Hardcore Henry. It really is like experiencing a real-life video game.

I own this on blu ray happy to see you reacting to this first person movie. It is a blast I felt like I was playing a video game too watching this movie.
the music playing during the scene with the horse is a well known theme from the classic western "The Magnificent Seven" (1960)
Rave party, excellent ot was crazy back in the late eighties, before mobile phones, when you had to wait for kiss radio station, which was a pirate station at the time, give out coded message on air so the huge convey of cars knew where to go, great fun 🙂🏴

Now this, THIS is what Doom: Annihilation should have been! First person perspective, POV, and having the Doom Guy instead of a random generic lady main character who wasn't even from the games!
If they ever decide to make another Doom movie, they should do it in the same style as Hardcore Henry!
Doom: Annihilation was the 2nd Doom video game movie adaptation while the 1st movie was from the early 2000's & starred Dwayne The Rock Johnson & Karl Urban.
And let me tell you, Doom 1 & 2 are classic FPS games 😉😃🤘🙂
