Lizzy, You are an amazing woman!!! I now look back at my younger years when I was raising my kids and wonder how I did it all and was happy about doing it. I never once gave the hard work a thought, I just got up every morning and completed the tasks at hand and lived life with joy in my heart. My kids are now 46, 43, and 32. I would go back and live those years all over again in a heartbeat. Working hard is good for the soul. I went to my day job every morning with a smile on my face, and when the day was over, I told my boss, "Now I get to go home and start my real job". Those were some great years!

Yeah Fern comes out when we are working bigs mobs and I’m happy to work her and understand her a bit more, spot is well trained and is a little calmer that Fern.
Haaa the sawdust in Angus's hair from Jock just made me smile. Brotherly love and this will be forever good love. And yes little Bonnie will take over in a bit little sisters always do :) When you said good boys to Jock and Spot after their good work my heart 💕Also Jock is going to be an incredible 7 or 8 year old handling Sheep that will blow our minds because both you and Cammy are letting him learn as he is interested and wants to and to his capability right now which is just incredible. You bring back the memories of all the multitasking. My gosh you rounded up the Sheep on this day with kids in tow, take them to market, have to deal with little accidents such as bare legs and the breaks because the baby needs fed on and on never leave those out. You are an Inspiration to us hands down. A joy to watch how you love life, motherhood, hard work with your devotion to the sheep and your fur babies. hugs and love
@@FarmingBornBred-sf7fl Letting them learn as you are within their limits is just so amazing in this world today where to many coddle and suppress and kids grow up couch potatoes so to speak. And it is frustrating to little ones held back who want to grow and some are more capable faster, some are not. So wonderful to see you as parents follow their desires for where their learning skills are at. 💕

When my nephews were that age they also loved anything to do with water, worst thing was I taught them how to switch the hose on. And don't think my sister ever forgave me for that as they be soaked every time they went outside
Seems like Spot sometimes has an inclination to listen to Jock for anflash here and there and I'm sure in no time at all Jock will be leading the dogs. Although he could just be watching him wondering when he's going to round up the boy. Our Scots Collie used to round us up. If you saw Laddie coming at you, you know mom sent him to get you home. Don't know how he knew where all 6 of us were when we weren't even together. Everytime I see Jock in a vehicle I think ' I sure hope it isn't running and the keys are out'. Any news on Angus' poor little nose?
Shame on that place for putting the few toys they had right in the grabbing and eyesight distance of kids that young who are still learning not everything can be played with or taken. That's just such an obvious ploy. Then they make you pay for it if something gets broken. Raise them higher up out of reach of such young ones and give the parents a break and the kids too from having to go through the natural instincts and the usual tantrum.
I'm exhausted just watching, Lizzy. Your beautiful children are having a fantastic childhood, you're such a hard worker.
