As a female ISTJ, I appreciate this video VERY much especially when it comes to our personal feelings. We may not be expressive upon first meeting people; however, once we get to know and perceive you as trustworthy--our true self rises up to the surface. We actually DO care but yes, in sad times, it's hard for us to express our feelings due to embarrassment. Family and best friends allow us (ISTJ's) to become comfortable especially when laughing and/or grieving. I LOVE THIS VIDEO!!! :-D

@The V word I so very much enjoyed these detailed blocks of texts. These helped clarify so many things, although I confess I'm still fuzzy on what Ni, Ne, and the like entail.

I am a female ISTJ, and I completely agree with and relate to everything said in this video. Many people do not understand ISTJ´s, or think, that We are boring, rigid and old-fashioned. Thank You for not throwing us into the same bad light.

As an ESTP, ISTJ is certainly one of my favourite types and one I most get along them. I frustrate the hell out of them but they seem to find that as equally entertaining as incorrigible haha. They're some of the loyalist, most sensible and dependable friends anyone can ask for and don't often get the credit they deserve. I find when ESTPs and ISTJs are friends, they work like clockwork- kind of like Kirk and Spock from Star Trek.

I'm a female ISTJ and I can say that this video is so truthful. I remember my classmates told me that I'm so quiet and scary, but I'm really just observing people and will talk to someone only if we're close. I'm a very loyal person and I prefer to work alone.

@@traditionalgirl3943 they are traditionalists because they have Ne as their weakest function and Si as the dominant function. If you think about it, it’s opposite to ENPs for example. And they are also not very funny because of again Inferior Ne which also makes sense.
ISTJs imho need to be more imaginative but i love them my brother is an ISTJ and i can assure you he is the most patient, humble and reliable human being I have ever met. But you won’t believe what he told me last week. He said he wants to be more funnier like me, he wants to develop that Ne. That confirmed me he was an ISTJ.

Five years ago I took the test and the results were INTJ. Took the test again this year results say's I'm an ISTJ. I guess it's true we as humans change throughout our life time I find it a beautiful thing to know, I'm always trying to grow and evolve within me. Can't wait for the results in the next 5 years.

Dude, just study cognitive functions. And, yeah, as ISTJ be myself I was mistyped INTJ and INTP since we share these are auxulary and child function with INTJ and perceeiving functioks with INTP
And, yeah, it is VERY hard to change your type. I mean, since MBTI is pseudo science we can't surely say type can or cannot be changed, but what practise shows is that even after a lot of time(10-50 years) types cannot change. I think the power that can lead to changing is losing memory or having very very cruel experience I dunno😐

    • @-CrimsoN-
      @-CrimsoN- 3 роки тому +1

At first I got ISTP on the the 16 personality test. But I didn't relate to that so I started looking deeper into it and took the test later to get INTP and it still didn't fit. I looked at the ennegram and got a better understanding and all the tests I take now have said INTJ. But I wanted to make sure so I started looking at the cognitive functions and I found that I really am INTJ but since I'm not a stereotypical INTJ I keep searching and searching and its beconing more and more evident that I am in fact an INTJ.

As a child I always wanted to be a Charlie’s Angel. My husband and I even joke about how good I am at finding whatever info I need to know to put pieces together.
