The fact that they added the Haka into this just gives me goosebumps still to this day. The Haka is SUCH a powerful, beautiful dance with such an amazing meaning behind it and this song is just as powerful and they go together PERFECTLY. I'm never not amazed by these men. Even back then, they were ahead of their time.

I love how it was so pleasing in the eyes just like D9 but here they focus more on sharpness and control than power and dynamics in D9... Stray Kids is so versatile in dancing since they are able to deliver moves with different variety and styles...

Okay I am not the only one who say the haka as well. It's a bit of a eh vibe, i just feel like its kinda unnecessary. I mean its for welcoming guests and done at gatherings, and funerals so yea idk i feel like it shouldn't be there but what can I do

I am NZ Maori born and bred, fluent in Maori language and culture since birth. There is nothing wrong with this dance group being inspired by and incorporating the Maori haka into their dance routine. Like others have said as long as its done with respect by non-Maori and not used to make money, then all is fine. I found this dance routine to be amazing.
Well you could say that this is used to make money because they are making money off of this comeback and being idols in general.
You think they're not making money from this song? Lol. They played a ton of shows where they did the dance and made money from it. I personally don't give a shit and don't think it matters at all, and I don't think that anyone else should care, but they certainly ARE making money off of using the dance.

i think its also cool how they incorporated the haka into the choreo. Being a New Zealander and raised around Moari's my whole life, we have seen many types of disrespect to the haka but if it is promoted in a good and respectful way, like this one, it is fine. It doesnt matter if they get money off it or not tbh.
I noticed a lot of them lost weight (which isn't necessarily bad! or good!) I just hope they're able to take care of themselves well during promotions xo

@@rachel7523 Yeah, almost couldn't recognize him because of how much thinner his face had got! I don't want to conclude anything and will just assume they've been working very hard. He looks good both ways of course, but I just hope all of them get to eat well and have time to rest now that activities maybe slowed down for them compared to before
