It’s amazing how so much versatility the monkey tail attachment can provide. You have both an EUC and a OneWheel too. Which wheel do you prefer?
Hey there Adam! Onewheel has a different feeling and I think it is easier to carve at higher angles which in my opinion makes it more fun. But it is a bit slow, like an entry level EUC (v5f or something similar).
These days I mostly ride EUC. I use Onewheel for shooting videos (the stance makes it easier to shoot a video of an object) and occasionally just to ride for fun, and I make sure to not exceed its limits (there is only slight tilt back with no audible alarm). For errands, I always use EUC.
@@360vroomers - I have ridden both since some of my group ride friends have OneWheels. It certainly is a different feeling but still is fun to ride. However, I always have to slow down when I ride with my OW friends as well as limiting the ride time since they are always worried about their range.
My Nikola 100V has about a 50 mile range taking into account my riding style. I just love the speed, power, agility and range of my Nikola. The seated riding is a big plus too. Just a few minutes seated makes a big difference in long rides as well as eliminating the wobbles at higher speeds. Welcome to the EUC community and have safe rides!

Monkey tail on an ECU would be great but will it take the jolting action. Like the idea attached to your feet. The backpack accessory be awesome, be like Bubba Fett. And yes the V8 is an awesome all around portable wheel. You were OG 360 and I like it better that you EUC.
Thanks Frigid Tsunami! Yes that was me. I just started EUC a couple of weeks ago! As for jolting you mean when hitting bumps? The monkey tail has a soft rubber cover that has high friction on smooth surfaces. But to be fair I have tested it only on my inmotion v8.
Do you think TWO monkey tails attached together gives more ways to capture footage?
It’s definitely doable but the challenge is that when it’s horizontal, you’ll need to make sure there’s enough support.

Can you connect monkey tail mount with insta360 invisible stick? e.g. put the mount to a tree and extend it using invisible stick. Thanks!
Hi. The monkeytail can't support the invisible selfie stick horizontally, but it can be used to hang the invisible selfie stick upside down, such as from a branch or a bar.

is it stable enough? On Insta360 page they write that it should be used on static surfaces, not while doing sports. Do you agree?
Is the backpack mount able to handle the weight of a Gopro Max?
Hi Steve. Yes backpack mount can support max with a normal size monopod (not a dslr style heavy duty monopod).
If you mix a 4k and 1440p video, it will take the lower resolution throughout I guess?
Hi SgDate. Good question! It depends on what resolution you use for exporting. For example, on Premiere, you can create a "sequence" that is 4K, then import 4k video and 1440p video. The 1440p video can then be scaled to match the 4K video resolution, and when you export the video as 4K, you'll see the 4K as 4K and the 1440p as 1440p. I hope that clarifies.
