A feast! A delight! Enjoyed very much all the great footage which you captured. Thanks for sharing. Greetings from the Train Lord in South Australia a long way away from this epic journey. UP colour scheme on these coaches is magnificent.
On one day, the 4014, one diesel, and a shorter train, went west from Yermo to West Colton. While parked at West Colton for 2+ days, it picked up another diesel and a bunch more passenger cars before going back up Cajon Pass to Barstow/Yermo. The last day, still with the longer train, it went back down Cajon Pass to West Colton.
Thankyou so much to all themen and women who restored that magnificent beast.
Up 4014 in Southern California? What an unusual surprise! Amazing! Thank you!
You definitely saved the best for last! What an incredible closing shot!!!
That crossover meet at 8:40 was pretty cool!

I’m a little mixed up how did they get to the Colton yard back to the Barstow yard and gained an extra diesel
