Gidiotic thats something you have to pick up on your own trust me. its all about trying a whole bunch of tabs/songs and trying to find the best placement for the chord (and or recognizing a chord you can already play and your fingers will adjust naturally). Also watch others play guitar and observe how they adjust their fingers to play complex chords!
Gidiotic Figure out the chords and recognize them when you see the tabs. For example: *You notice the lowest note in the melody is a C.* That could mean it's a C bass chord *What mood does the chord give you?* Happy = Cmajor / Sad or odd = Cminor When you have your hands in that position, move certain fingers around to match the tab. After about 2 months of playing like this you can pretty much that just sight read fingerings.
