Pan those Eyeshadows | 2024 | Intro

Hello people,
After a 1 year hiatus, I decided to return to this project. I predicted that my pan percentage was 1%, and I was pretty close :')
Thanks to Alexi for creating this idea! I put some of my own rules in place:
1. No duplicates, including shadows in other projects (one month cool down)
2. If I don't use an eyeshadow for 1 month, it gets rolled out.
3. If I do not use a palette multiple times, it will be decluttered at the end of the year.
4. I must use an eyeshadow 20 times or hit pan in order to roll it out.
5. There has to be a brown eyeshadow in every update.
6. I can reroll if I deem the eyeshadow unusable due to shade range (tbh I forgot this rule, but it makes sense for summer seasons)

I love that you brought this project back. I love watching pan those eyeshadows but I’m skipping this project for now.
