Work on them evenly, but once they get to a certain point, you will know, focus on that shade to finish it. Also remember it is okay to load your brush up, you reduce patchiness and you can always blend with a clean brush or cream shade if too bold. For years I was gentil with eyeshadow and thought most were patchy - they weren’t - I was just not using enough (just like working the foundation into your brush for even coverage) that helps things a bit. I think I was just lucky with the formula of the shadows I worked on last year.
I'm not a huge fan of neutral shades but this ABH mix palette is so beautiful! The shimmers are just stunning😍 Unfortunately, I have no tips for panning a palette as I realise now that I prefer single eyeshadows too :) And I have no single idea on how to use up my palettes (I have 11!)😂

Have no advice as I am in the same boat! I am patiently working through what I already have open before starting my beautiful new warm palette 😊
