My partner and I love watching your films. You are such an inspirational runner and filmmaker. 😮We saw you at Skyline but were too shy to come talk to you. 😂
Well Stephen, after just watching your amazing UTMB success, and the races you did over summer, plus Covid, I think you did well to finish at all. No doubt with stopping to film you would have had no problem get tuned r seven hours. I also did 7.08 last time, four years ago, so was hoping to get comfortably under the seven hours…but not to be. But I did get featured on your channel…my minor moment of fame! (That was me on the final descent complaining my legs had given in) I crossed the line just under 7.30, have to admit walking through the village, but saved the last of my legs for a sprint around the finishing corner. I think, especially as you get older, you need quite a recovery time between long races. I did the Lakeland 55k and then the Tromso Skyrace..(well at least the first half, cut off times were not easy). It did surprise me that I lost the strength in my legs for the RoS, now I know better. That said, there were other commitments and I didn’t achieve anywhere near the training and dedication that Stephen manages.
It really is a lottery with the weather in Scotland. Mostly it’s cloudy and rainy, just just occasionally it’s beautiful and we are very lucky when it is
I know it's library music, but I like to think you've commissioned John Williams and an 80 person cinematic orchestra to score you as you cross these finish lines.
I had planned to do the 100th Kosice Marathon as my 100th marathon when I first started running marathons way back. Obviously I did my 100 a little sooner than I'd expected. Good luck with it. Should be amazing.
That scenery is absolutely gorgeous!!!! I still don't know how you managed it after UTMB and being poorly. And some bits look so scary to climb and to come down. Well done :)
How you did this after UTMB and having just had Covid is insane! Well done again, Stephen!🙂👏👏👏
Yea, probably wasn't the best idea I've ever had!! haha

Well done! Great filming. Loved the scenery. 👏👏👍😎☑️
What a stunning, stunning race!!! Incredible video as always Stephen. Thanks for taking us along.
Well done Stephen. Your recent videos have inspired me to run TP100 next year. Thank you ( I think). Really enjoying your content.

Great video and nice to see the views I didn't see last year on the last 3 munros as it was wet, windy and cloudy. Brilliant race that will be missed

Cheers Stephen. Skyline races added to the ultra bucket list.
It will be very interesting to see where the Skyline Scotland events end up in 2025. Plenty of other Skyline races for you to look at though.
Well done, you can still hear your voice is a little 'off' from being sick. Recover well, great video as always.
Yea, even now I am still not 100% Need to be well for the final 100 miler of the Grand Slam in three weeks.
There’s something about the Scottish scenery that always makes me very emotional! Well done you nutter, and Thankyou for another great film 👏👏
Thanks Tina. Yea, I don't know what it is. Just very majestic. Not quite Chamonix but close enough!
I literally love your movies!!!!! ❤❤❤❤ congrats 🎉🎉
No idea how you managed that after the last few weeks. Total admiration 👏🏻👏🏻👊🏻
Yea, it probably wasn't my best idea. I did get told off by my wife!! haha
Was in fort William last summer and climbed (walked) up Ben Nevis. It is something else coming from Denmark. The scenery is just stunning.
We were very lucky to a relatively clear day so we could see the mountains. It's a bit more grim when the cloud is low.
Well done Stephen. Your volume this year is phenomenal. See you at A100!
Thanks Jamie. Yes looking forward to the A100. Just need to get well and recovered in time!!

Haha, I do like an orchestra to run me in at the end!

Fantastic effort. 👏🏃🏻♂️ I’ll be off to Kosice Slovakia 🇸🇰 to do the 100th Kosice marathon. (2nd time doing this one) 100th race should be special.

Great run Stephen!!!
Thank you. It's such a lovely area to run. I couldn't resist.
Great effort. Well done.
Thank you so much 😀
I dont know how you managed to do that, you looked really drained but be proud you was able to complete it.
Views looked amazing, well done.
Yea I am definitely starting to feel it now towards the end of the year. One more big one to do and then it's time to recover.

I think my brain just told me I was well, even if I wasn't, just so I could get it done. There are definitely some scary bits!
Great to meet you at the end! Hope to chat again soon
Thanks Rory. The sausage roll was excellent!!
Well done doesn't really cover it even before you add in being ill and UTMB ... 👍
