Thank you! I tried really hard to let her not worry about me, I tried to get off when I was on her back but then she sat down. And then I just waited. And yes we are both ok just a little scared. Later that day she went back out and terrorized the pasture like normal lol
She’s such a good girl! She tried her hardest but I didn’t tell her correctly that it was a bounce, and that jump was pretty big for a bounce! And it didn’t help that it was spread out too far. And I leaned…so basically I did everything wrong 😂
I agree! I wish I would’ve said something about it. I was kind of nervous about it myself, and riding a horse that has struggled with confidence in the past, I don’t think that is a great idea. Also it was supposed to be a bounce which is even more crazy! My 2nd trainer went too far that day 😕
You handled that very nicely!! I love how you immediately went to your horse after that happened. Resently i have been struggling with stuff like that and its really hard. The reason im struggling with this is because im not looking forward, im looking down at the jump. I don't know if it was the same for you, but you handled that very nicely. Im so glad you and your horse are ok!! ❤️
My 2nd trainer tried to get me and pony to do that as a bounce, and it was too far apart to be a bounce and too big. And after I fell I noticed she was holing on of her feet up so I checked for any scratches or anything like that, and I just hugged her and told her thank you for trying her best.
You do have to look down at the jump, but only to see a stride, and once you do (and it has to be before the last 3 strides) you look up. Before I came to my current barn, a trainer put a paper plate in my mouth to make me look up 🤭.
i normally don't comment but i felt like commenting most of the time people don't have enough time to think about what they're doing when something like this happens, which is alright and normal. but oh my goodness, you grabbed the horse's neck, didn't yank the reins, adjusted your seat, and did the smoothest dismount afterwards. 11/10 amazing
You sat that beautifully! (Even tho U came off) I hope you and the horse you were riding is okay x

Well done. Well sat under the circumstances x ❤
Thank you!
You rode so beautifullyyy, she just
thought thought it was a one stride not a bounce bless her 💜🤍
Yeah the jumps were too far apart and she’s a little pony.

Yes we’re both ok, she was just a bit sore for a few days ☹️

Thank you! I tried not to get in her way, and I tried to get off but then she sat down so I just waited
Yeah everyone has their bad jumps and good jumps. Just keep trying and you will be better
You did about as well as you could given the circumstances. Good job!
Thank you!
It was definitely bc of how close they were for a bounce. Not saying it’s ur fault bc u might have not done it on purpose or someone else set it up.❤
Yeah my 2nd trainer set it up to be a bounce. And the funniest part is that 2 other kids got dumped because of that exercise in the same day 🤣
No hate but I think that jump was a lil to big to bounce but u sat the beautifully ❤
Yes I agree! I honestly wish I’d said that but you know how it is, you trust your trainer, but I shouldn’t have for this exercise.😕
Not hate but why were the jumps so close together?
I don’t take that as hate! Your ok! And my trainer went too far and tried to have me do that as a bounce!
At least you landed on your feet
Yeah it’s not the first time!
I think you did good and dont Listen it hate
Thank you!
Are you okay ❤❤❤
Yes just a little scared
