They have a Mystery Spot just like this in St. Ignace, MI it is on the upper peninsula side of the Mackinac Bridge. It’s the exact same thing with the slanted dwelleing
We have the same thing in Wisconsin only we call it The Wonder Spot. I've been there several times with family and friends. It sure is a strange feeling. There was a chair that the back legs would be placed on a two by four and you could actually sit on it and it wouldn't topple over. Thanks Jordan I enjoyed this. It brought back memories...
A few years ago me and a bunch of my rowdy punk-rock friends went camping nearby this place and actually did the tour there while tripping on mass amounts of mushroom tea. It was shroom-pickin season up there in the Red Wood forests and we picked an abundance of those awesome wavy-capped psilocybin cyanescens and made a huge batch of tea we were sippin on all day long. Walking through the “magic spots” in that place was so crazy while tripping real hard! We had so much fun and stayed there way longer than we should have-lol
Wow what a crazy cool road side attraction that looks like so much fun.,and motion sickness lol. Places like this are great for families and so cheap. Loved the red woods, must have smelt so good. Thank you for sharing your day. I really enjoyed your vlog.
I watch this earlier this morning and then again this afternoon. That place is just crazy. If I didn't live on the east coast now I would definitely go up there. I love Santa Cruz and that area. In fact my parents had friends that lived up near there but we never knew about the Mystery Spot. Mind blown. Didn't know places like that existed it doesn't seem possible. Well I'm going to have to have my sister and her partner go up there. I think she will love it. Thank you Jordan
Welcome to Santa Cruz! I love that The Mystery Spot has remained here for my entire life. All of the other weird roadside attraction places that were here when I was growing up, ( Santa's Village and Lost World ), no longer exist.
@@michdoug1 Knott's was bought out by Cedar Faire Amusements. They were/are roller coaster amusement parks management. It was a virtual wrecking ball. The old Knott's had that cool Mott's Minatures and "panning for gold" down in the glory hole outside of Mrs. Knott's Fried Chicken. "Down Home" Western style where a family could meander around and look in miners shacks and watch shoot outs. There's a really fascinating book about the evolution from Chicken Dinners and Pie to a roadside attraction, to a major California draw. The Knott family figured out ways to get people to come to the diner and all of the attractions grew from there. Part astute business and (proudly) part huckster, he traveled around and copied roadside draws. The haunted shack was one of his first. I was born in Anaheim and I recall when entry was free.... to give you an idea how much change I've seen. Look for the book, the pictures of old Orange County are worth the price!
This mystery spot left me speechless..lol. Thanks Jordan. That was really “trippy”. I loved visiting Santa Cruz in 2001 and I’m from Southern California born & raised. Just goes to show how many things this state has to offer and one still wouldn’t visit every place in our lifetime. ❤️🙏🏻😎
The buildings in the town of Jerome, AZ are all leaning and sliding down the mountain too, but for a very different reason. The land underneath the town is a copper mine that has been played out and so much of it has been excavated that there is nothing left to hold it all up.
I’m so glad that you showed everyone such an interesting place to visit. I experienced Cosmos Mystery Area in South Dakota and it was very similar. Until today I thought it was the only spot like that. It was a lot of fun and I’ll have to try the Mystery Spot next time.
Loved this vlog. I have a friend who actually visited the mystery spot and has pictures of herself and her boyfriend standing in the cabin. She said it was just crazy how it is. it is exactly what you had in the video.
I love watching your vlogs before work. You have such interesting ones. Its kept me wanting more for 3 years. The redwood trees are beautiful. What a great place. Wisconsin Dells has a similarly place. Thank you so much Jordan. Much love to you and Jah ❤❤🦁
You get to see the beautiful Redwoods in abundance. Defy Gravity & perhaps do the Mystery Dance. Hopefully unlike Elvis Costello , you will be satisfied !
I have never been inside, but in 1981 , my girlfriend and I lived a quarter mile past the end of the parking lot in the redwoods ! A great place to live. And Santa Cruz is a really great place to live !!
Love this vlog again you are bringing us to great places the guide is very good telling the story the trees are fantastic so important now with climate change this is a great place to visit Jordan you are having a fun time Thanks Jordan for this vlog Lots of Love to Amy and Jah and Hi to all Lionheart's Marie Dublin Ireland
Another AWESOME vlog! You have no idea how much your vlogs have been helping me. I had an accident earlier this year and I've been through several surgeries. Physical and mental battles have been gruelling and tough. Then I ran across your vlogs and you've distracted me from the things I've been enduring. Jordan I can't thank you enough for simply you being you and your personality along with your vlogs! I'm an Ohio guy who was relocated to Tn last year and if you're ever in the Nashville area, definitely have to look me up. Love Jah as well! Jah and my little freak Nash, would make for some great entertainment lol. He's a 3yr old mix of chihuahua and red tick coon. Oh he's quite the conversation piece lol. Pic a chihuahua body on stilts😂. He's a good boy. Again I thank you very much and keep up the vlogs! Have yourself a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and healthy New Year!
Awesome!!!!!! I have always wanted to go and see this. Very cool roadside experience. I vaguely remember Knotts Berry Farm having something like this. I'll definately be checking this out. Home run Jordan. Catch you on the next vlog. Arthur Childs, Oak Harbor, WA. 🙂
Finally, a video worth my 20 min (or less). Just a side note: Ever wonder why people who have supposed encounters with BIGFOOT, never have a video camera with them, but will take one with them when they go back to the scene of the supposed incident to discuss it? Stupidity is not a mystery. HOWEVER, this video above was certainly worth seeing.
AWESOME! That is nuts. Very cool vlog and place. I will put this on my "when I make it to California" list. Thanks Jordan. BTW My wife and I watched "Christmas with the Karountzoses". Great movie my friend. We enjoyed it. I said it was like being at the Christmas dinner table with Jordan. Very funny, and heart warming. Thank Jordan!!
😇🎄 Hi Jordan, What a REALLY Cool place to visit, it reminds me of the { Mystery Shack } that used to be at Knotts Berry Farm, sadly some years ago, the Mystery Shack for what ever reason was taken out of the park. This was a REALLY Cool video, and I enjoyed watching everyone's reaction to the Mystery Spot. Jordan, Thank YOU for sharing this mysterious adventure with us. Take Care and I look forward to your next adventure 😊💜 P.S. My Hubby 😎 and I visited the Redwoods, about three years ago. Our drive through the Redwoods was so breathtaking and so BEAUTIFUL.😊
I saw a program on TV year's ago about this. I have wondered ever since if there are these spots in many places on Earth, are they out at Sea & in the Air as well? Is the Devil s Triangle where boats & airplanes have been lost caused by something like this ?
@@MrEiriksu I would love to hear why these places exist & if it's anything thing like the magnetic fields we hear about. As in the pull of the earth causing storms & tidal waves. The pull of moon phases causing low & high tides. I think I will Google around Abit.
There is one of these places in Gold Hill, Oregon...been there for years...I think alot of this is the way the buildings are positioned...as it can be reproduced.
Cool spot Jordan! I seen another place like this, but thought it was closer to Canada.Must be the the one in Wisconsin,as another person previously had mentioned.

Knott's berry farm used to have one it was called the haunted shack . It was removed in 2000.
I miss it! That was when Knott's had a real feel of the old time West. There was even an alligator farm across the road.
Why did Knotts take it out, I took my grandsons to see it....gone!

Such an excellent fun vlog, that shop with the tie dye tees, the redwood trees. I enjoyed this, thank you Jordan
Was really sad when Knott's Berry Farm took the Mystery Shack out
Me too!! It was always a favorite of mine as a kid, especially when I was picked out of the audience to stand against the wall.
The Mystery Shack was awesome. Such great memories. I miss it too.
Same
