    Great video! Would love to see a vid going over your climbing gear, and how you choose/find spots. Keep up the awesome work!

    Great Video! We did an adventure out to the buttress this summer and also ended up with a bushwhack. Wish someone had posted some gps data on the approach

    is the powergrade and picture profile also great for capturing low light ?

      I don’t shoot much low light so it’s hard to say. As long as you can still overexpose it should be good!

    Hecks yah, nice one, nothing like Tahoe rock and those views. I started climbing at Tahoe in 1988 and know and knew so many awesome climbers who did first ascents, from Paul Arthur who did the first rock climbing ascent of Eagle Lake buttress in 1966, to the late great Dano Osman who put up some of the most burly 1st ascents at nearby Mayhem Cove back in the early 1990', and many many others as well. Eagle lake cliffs are awesome too and have some burly but great ice climbs when conditions permit in a cold winter, and the back country ice skating is awesome too at middle Velma lake and Dicks Lake when frozen solid and not much snow. Keep on keeping on and be safe safe safe as my partner and I rescued a climber a decade or so ago at mayhem cove with a severe head laceration and contusion after getting off route and taking a nasty whipper. Had to show the ER first responder personel how to get to Mayhem and how to hand the stretcher down to each other on the talus field as er heli evac was unavailable due to two different car crashes at the same time. The Injured party was sucessfully transported to Barton Creek Hospital at SLake and made it out ok after a day or two of ER eval and care. No fractured skull after slamming into the cliff and getting knocked unconscious. Have fun, be safe all.

    I don’t know if I would rock climb, but it sure is amazing watching you two climb freely through there. So amazing!

    Great video as always! I have a technical question, do you always use active stabilization or just standard stabilization when shooting videos? Thanks.

    Ok but how to you get the stuff at the top once you rappel down?

    • @codyandvictoria
      @codyandvictoria  Рік тому +1

      You don’t. It was already up there from someone else but even if it was ours, you have to leave it. Typically if you’re leaving a piece, you cut off the old pieces.
