      Lexi lexi lexi its your future coach here and I have to say im disappointed that u punted with JJ. First of all everyone decnt knows a 4bet usually mean your Jacks arent good. but you did that thing that ALL VLOGGERS DO where you assume your opponent is "capable of bluffing" and balanced when they're repping the nuts. I literally commented this trying to warn u of this leak like last week.... next time listen to coach gtopokerlegend!!!! Dont make me get #morebob to spank u!

      She basically only loses to quads as played. Absolute insanity not to raise Queens full. There’s flushes and A8 that can call. Maybe even AQ if they think you’re not raising a flush and they block boats. I know she’s smart and knows these things. Must just be main event pressure. If he somehow flatted the 3 bet with AA or flopped quads then it’s just a cooler.

    You don't remain "unexploitable" by checking back qq on a88😂😂
    It's actually the exact opposite. You're playing your hand face up, and now all of his Ax hands can go for thick value knowing you never have a good hand when you don't range bet that flop

    • @lauraluckett
      @lauraluckett 11 днів тому +1

      So she's "playing her hand face up" by checking an ace high paired dual tone board? I disagree. Any flopped boat is going to check there so checking leaves her uncapped, allows her to check both weak and strong hands, and prevents her from getting check-raised by a weaker hand like KQ with a flush draw. Plus she protects against players trying to trap, controls the pot, and thus reduces the variance which is what you want in the Main. Even on the river she's right to play cautiously. Pocket AA, 88, and any A8 would gladly play that board very trappy and wouldn't necessarily have 4bet preflop when all other hands folded. She absolutely remains unexploitable. She has to have some check backs there so this is a great strong hand to check back along with other weaker ones that want to always check back, so she's protecting her check-back range, making her tougher to exploit. Or maybe when you play and you raise call the HJ then the button, who 3bet you preflop, checks back the flop then you ALWAYS know (since her hand is so "face up") that she's got a big pocket pair there..... Right...

      Did she have 38 BBs to start the hand? Or 38 BB left if she decided to fold to the 4-bet?
      Kind of irrelevant considering 3-betting then folding to a 4-bet, or flatting the 4-bet oop with an awkward SPR are both terrible options with JJ.

    Can you explain what you mean by being unexploitable when u check back A88? Also in your coaching course do u just say “it’s the main event” when calling with queens full on the river in a slam dunk raise spot?

    • @lunuhoo
      @lunuhoo 11 днів тому +1

      She's playing against a good player, so checking back the flop keeps her hand from getting check-raised, and allows her to see how board/action develops on future streets. HJ could have Ax, 8x holdings...when he leads the turn he's representing those holdings or the flush...Calling the river vs raising keeps her from cooler-ing herself in the biggest tournament of the year. ....as played AQ is probably the only hand calling a raise on the river..., but she's definitely getting called or shoved on with better.

      You go ahead and "slam dunk" that river... But don't come crying when pocket AA and/or pocket 88 jams and knocks you out. It happens. She's reducing her variance. The chips in her stack are more valuable than the ones in the pot (ICM). So raising there could gain her a few chips, but the chips she could lose to a stronger hand are far more valuable.

    QQ hand, My opinion but I think I wouldve reraised and get some value. Queens full is a powerful hand and I think ur reraise can get called by lot of worse hands than your queens full.
    JJ hand, if that person is loose-aggro, I would shove pre-flop. Ive done it and got caught at a wrong time. Ive also woken up with Aces and Kings while someone played back at me since I was playing loose. However, My Aces and Kings dont hold up. 😂 So therefore, I think u wouldve wished I was at his seat so your main event vlog can still continue. 😆

    I respect your game Lexy but I can’t agree with your decision to flat QQ there. I think AA is going to be almost a pure 4 bet in that configuration pre, and he only led river for 1/3 pot, I don’t think he’ll take this sizing with better. Even if you think he folds Ax you don’t have to showdown your hand, he definitely can have some flushes here, and AQ. Also if you’re not raising QQ here it will be incredibly difficult for you bluff raise rivers on this table if people see you’re not raising hands this far up in your range for value. Just my opinion of course, good run, better luck next year
    Also I think you can pretty easily raise/fold here as I can’t imagine a world where he would ever bluff river in this configuration after you raise when you can so easily have AA

You have to live with the 4 bet or make a big fold. You're asking too much for J's in that spot for 38 bigs. In my opinion. Would have liked to see you call the initial button open and see the flop (out of position). Plenty of events to go. GL🌹 The video bomb was hilarious. 😂
