So consultants and agents suggest what they sell and not what actually is worth investing or buying. Now not just blaming Karuna but almost all the presenters in Million Dollar Listing are like that only. They are definitely doing a great job but correct education is still lacking and end users are not getting that support. Real estate is all about trust consultants should act like consultants and not brokers working for 2 or 3 %. No matter how much they call themself a consultant, deep down they act as brokers.
