Prydain TSFH are amazing but never forget the one who made orchestras famous and needed. The masters of old should never be forgotten but looked at as the first great and try to surpass them
Thomas' tracks are so traditional, but yet there is still this modern and epic feel to his tracks. He takes u to foreign worlds with his music. From my personal point of view and preference, Thomas is a better composer than Hans Zimmer. Just take a listen to another one of his tracks, Femme Fatale.
Well, your comment was spot on with everything, except I don't agree he's better. Thomas is weak in some areas that Hans is strong in and vice versa. Besides, it's a little unfair to compare the two since Hans has to compose lengthy background music that fits scenes, whereas Bergerson can just let loose his creativity with trailers. I'm sure if they collaborated on an album it would be superior to all others within the epic/filmmaking music genre.
Colors of love is probably literally my favorite song ever. There are so many choices though it's hard to say. And I believe it is true that Hans Zimmer is not meant to be listened to without the movie so it's not quite fair to compare them. I want to see what would happen if Thomas Bergersen did film scores.
That beginning, just wow. It took me by surprise, and kept on going, this is such a masterpiece, I think this almbum is my favourite ever, it's just so well assorted. There's the epic songs, there's the mysterious ones, and there's the touching and uplifting compositions. Mr. Bergersen, you are the greatest, no other music gave me the feelings that you, Nick and Merethe were able to transmit to me, thank you for all your work, you guys made every listener's life better.
Even though I had listened to Sun many times before, I recently rediscovered this track and it is without a doubt one of the most overlooked TSFH/Thomas pieces
Anna Worley Actually, I was joking. What I wanted to say with my original comment, though, is: Goddamn I love their music. I couldn't tell you the name of one song that I really dislike, and most of them I love. Is everyone satisfied now?
Eargasums so awesome this life of music is so perfect yet another one of Thomas's epic tracks. And it reminds me of some epic frontier from another dimension even the ending now that was amazing. Just the sheer power and force of that massive epic choir is insane and the instruments are just(Sighs) This is one of Thomas Bergerson's best tracks but I still think that his three nest are Into Darkness, Lost In Las Vegas and That's A Wrap but this is still so awesome so enjoy the music that GOD listens to ^_^
I can't stop listening! I love the horns in theis piece! SO amazing! I CAN'T STOP! I LOVE YOU THOMAS! thx for making me feel happy and exited once again! #TSFHisBAE
This song makes me realize the power we have over our own destiny and how much our daily decisions can effect other people's destinies, however small they may be. I imagine our subconscious minds being the forge gods of our own destiny, and every decision we make as a block that we forge in our paths. Some paths may collide, others may crumble, others may succumb to unexpected circumstances. However, as one block perishes, it may open many other unexpected paths, which we may not always recognize. It's up to us to either take some of these other paths, forge a new path or fall into the void together with the crumbled block. But since death is a harsh mistress, it does not always allow the privilege to decide.
I can imagine this song playing in the background of a movie where a massive plot twist/point is about to unfold and it all happens in slow motion and sh*t hits the fan. That was for the first minute and a half anyway.
I thought it could be playing during a massive fight scene. The beginning of the song is that the enemies prepare for battle, and when the choir starts to sing (1:08), the fight begins (maybe in slow motion though :P)
***** No no, I get what you mean! Lol I hate that. I try to highlight a line to get rid of it, and my browser automatically takes me to the top of the page, resulting in the entire comment being highlighted!
It sorta reminded me of the end of the Matrix trilogy and I have no real idea why, just some random connections and synapses going apeshit I guess since on surface level it's not close at all Also the bit near the end at 3:35 reminds me of the CBS NFL theme for some reason, similar bombastic-ness I guess
3:04 is by far the best and most motivational part. It really fits to everything: Sad moments, heroic Moments, evil moments and... you knwo what i mean^^
I love this song so much. It holds so much adventure and potential and promise and danger all at once in it. "Anything could happen--are you ready?" It's the perfect theme for a character in a time travel/historical fiction/adventure/sci fi novel I've been writing called "The Man Who Lived Sideways". Actually, a lot of these songs are. Epic music helps me write :)
I want to take my Porsche and floor it while listening to this song! Oh wait, I don't have a Porsche. I want to take my Yugo and floor it while listening to this song!
They had me going crazy from 3:23 to 3:41. 3:31 STILL chokes me up and pumps my body with adrenaline every once in awhile and I have heard this song many, many times!
Wow, once again you made a fantastic track! But will we get a CD-Dealer in Europe? The imported version is currently at around 40€ .... Thats quite expensive.
150 years in the future people will celebrate Bergersen and 2 Steps From hell as classical music like we do the masters today.
YES! Yes they would! No more Motzart, just Two Steps From Hell
Prydain TSFH are amazing but never forget the one who made orchestras famous and needed. The masters of old should never be forgotten but looked at as the first great and try to surpass them
Indeed. He's a one of a kind. Mozart of the 21st century!
Phill Drake In my opinion Bergersen, Phoenix, Zimmer, Jablonsky, Gundry and Dinletir all are better than Mozart.
I thik so that. He is an amazing composer shaking his soul!
Epic!!
my destiny is to listen to your music for the rest of my life. :)
Mine, too, lol!!!!
Krysta Farrell
+Jackson marley True!!!

+Jackson marley Let us hope that Two steps from hell will last that long :)

I have chills because of the pure ness-ness of it. So unexpected and yet, utterly smooth! How does he do it?
My eardrums are bleeding.
Not as in "This song is One-Direction-Tier," but rather "I couldn't resist turning the volume to max."
Literally every tsfh song ever XD
That piano was just a perfect start to this song and I love how this song feels like a whole adventure leading to a heroic end!
I like how this piece has the Classical music Element in it.
OMG the feels this gives me are beyond words freaking amazing, that chorus LOVE YA THOMAS!

Bergersen composed some tracks for the "Human Experience" if you wanna see how he functions under a filmscore setting.
@@swedishgirl2506 Do not compare, just enjoy ,both of them are marvellous!
Thomas is way better than hans zimmer. They can't even be compared
Words can not say how much I enjoy listening to this music, from 1:26 to 3:00 it sounds like pure hapiness, like fulfilling your destiny, your dreams
How could this music be..? We are talking about Thomas Bergersen, Obviously it's great ♥
Oh my goodness.... I haven't heard something this epic since Pirates of the Caribbean.
Was almost expecting a Dubstep drop at 1:06 because it was reminding me of "All Is Hell That Ends Well" from Skyworld.
***** Dat dubstep fart doe.
*****
^^that drop was such a surprise and pretty hard at the same time i almost jumped up the fist time
My favorite part starts at 1:25
This song is still my destiny. Every time again and again.... Never stop listening to this.
It's really fantastic! Classical music like Beethoven with epic so relaxing and uplifting. I think, this song is the best of Thomas Bergersen so far.

Love, love, love!!! Thomas, God of the composers!!
Listening to TSFH on double speed... I cannot express this in words...
Our life is our destiny.
This composition is truly great. God, this composition contains all the colors of life.
The most beautiful épic music.
Thanks Bergersen. You are a god. My god.
It's a destiny for me to listen from TSFH because this kind of music is the savior for my wicked life.

I imagine it would be a very elegant fight. For honour, or maybe fencing or just a duel.

Welp, I just bought the song on Google Play. I never have to come here again!
and... came here again, because, sure, you don't NEED to, but you can, so you will.
Renniuq Yeah, but I don't return to actually listen to it anymore. I just listen to the song files I bought. Much higher quality. 😏😉👌
I want to take my Porsche and floor it while listening to this song! Oh wait, I don't have a Porsche. I want to take my Yugo and floor it while listening to this song!
from 0:13-0:48; simply glorious, especially when the choir kicks in.
UncommonNonsense 0:48 - 1:25 is the greatest buildup in music history, and 1:26 onward is simply too cool
deathbombs All the track is a masterpiece :)
Simply fantastic. If only this kind of music was in total war Rome 2…
Often times I mute game soundtrack and play Two Steps instead. Makes League, Minecraft, and Empire at War so much better.
Rome 2 was a disappointment, hopefully they come to their senses with Attila and put this in.
0:48
So epic, I died
They had me going crazy from 3:23 to 3:41. 3:31 STILL chokes me up and pumps my body with adrenaline every once in awhile and I have heard this song many, many times!

Stryke Weird considering Thomas Bergersen is european.
Thomas Scream Thomas Bergersen is european, but the company he founded and usually produces for is sitting in the US.
Creo que esta composición es difícil de superar. Yo le doy 10 puntos y medalla de inmortalidad
