Today, in this video you will learn how to make Badusha at home. Badusha is a traditional Indian sweet recipe made from Refined wheat flour(maida) and ghee. oil or ghee fried and dipped in sugar syrup. badusha is not so difficult as it appears. follow the video step by step, you will achieve the results. check out the ingredients below

சோடா தூள் / Soda Powder - 1/4 Spoon

I made Badusha as per your recipe and it came out very well. All liked it very much. When I fried the first batch, it looked as if the soda qty. was more. So I added some more maida and after that it came out exceptionally well. Thank you Chef for the perfect explanation which guided me to make it well.
