I feel like artists have started to be more open about the exploitation of the music industry, and how it unconsciously has controlled them. They start with passion and "good intentions", they do it for music and all that. Yet it later on it "Gets into their head" and its like the world is just waiting for these artists to fall down so we can call them "monsters". We tend to dehumanize celebreties ...but im glad that artists are starting to talk more openly about how they too are human, and its good that they personally are starting to understand that its ok if they mess up sometimes. I feel like artists have started to be more open about the exploitation of the music industry, and how it unconsciously has controlled them. They start with passion and "good intentions", they do it for music and all that. Yet it later on it "Gets into their head" and its like the world is just waiting for these artists to fall down so we can call them "monsters". We tend to dehumanize celebreties ...but im glad that artists are starting to talk more openly about how they too are human, and its good that they personally are starting to understand that its ok if they mess up sometimes.

That's not true. No one should for-give anyone who's wronged them. That's a manipulation tactic religious people use to gaslight victims into claiming some type of false control. The specific use of the word “monster” instead of something like “failure”, “brat” or “hated”, alongside the first and second verse pretty much tries to imply that he was considered a villain, a monster if you will, and we (the fans) were the people that created him as that.
