My problem is that one back window is stuck. I pushed the rear piece down and forward before putting the window down in the slots. So the window doesn't go all the way down in the back. Now I can't get that back to open.
Update: I did finally get the back to pop up by getting inside the trunk and pushing up on the sections that connect to the cylinders. The ones disconnected on bith sides, in the trunk. Yeah, I'm sure I looked funny with my feet in the air, out the back of the trunk, while pushing up to open that. LOL 😂
I accidentely closed the back cover before lo locking it down. Now i cant get it to un unlock again. Any advice

I have same exact car and today I went to close my top and it wouldn’t close fully and it says top in function and can’t get it to completely go down how can I open my trunk while top in operation?! Or how can I close my trunk manually without getting inside the trunk ? Pls if you know I would appreciate advice
@@anthonygiuliano6376 you can’t open the trunk until the signal is gone. You have to keep trying with the button until it’s fully closed

Thanks for the video i could close the roof following the video, but the roof doesnt move automatically, one of the back cilinders make noise and i have seen the hydraulic tank is empty, can be the problem that theres no hydraulic or a cylinder is broken?

Sadly my back left window doesn’t work anymore along with a fluid leak in the top, and apparently you have to remove the rear seats to fix the window
Yeah that’s the downside! It’s a process I have had to do it before on the drivers rear

I still have the car , the engine is amazing, but haven’t fixed the problem yet 😂 I’ll keep you guys posted, once I fix the cosmetics I want it to sound just like yours heyboy, it’s too perfect!

Thanks, that's definitely the guide I was looking for, unfortunately though I can't lift the trunk cover, so hard it feels like it's still locked, maybe pressure wasn't properly relieved?
At the two hinges where you put the belt when you open the trunk. There is a clip handle you need to push either up or down depending on if yours is up or down before the rest of the process. I completely forgot to put that part in the video since mine was already down
@@HeyboysGarage thanks for your reply, I didn't know actually about those clip handles, however after moving them still can't lift the trunk cover

Bro that’s a lot of work lol , anyway the problem I’m is backseat’s head I can’t put them down and as you know convertible top won’t go down unless thoses heads are down, and yes I know about sticking a stick on the side but man I’ve try so many times and I just can’t find that bottom, and I’m I don’t wanna go to MB dealership 😭
Yeah there is a button you have to find with the stick you are using. Get lights in there to fish for it until you find a button that pushes in, it take a push to actually push it

Thank you for the video. My rear headrests popped up over a bump and the area in the back seat is so tight to push them down. I am thinking about opening the top manually and after I reset the rear headrests, can I close the top automatically? Thank you.
I know it’s a tight area but you can still push them down with the top up. I have done it a few times. But you should be able to manually put the top down and let the roll bar go back down… I don’t think since the roll bar is up should prevent you from manually opening the top

have you ever been stuck not being able to push the top case cover back in? mine is stuck and seems to not budge but I cannot see anything impinging on it.. it just seems the cover wont slide forward at hinge
I haven't, you might not be aligning something before closing it down. Check the latches on the top of the roof when closing

@@dparham Yeah i would check the latches on the roof, there should be a piece that looks like a long nipple that should be underneath the closing latch on the lid that closes everything. and push evenly when closing it down. easier with two people

My convertible latch in the back doesn’t hook into the lock it’s off
