when you bring it second hand and ask for repair, hermes doesnt ask any qs? like for your purchase record etc. when they ask, what do you say? that you bought it preloved? never knew what would be a good answer when you have no purchase record with them but still want repair

Suede bags wear terribly over time so even though the Doblis is super rare, I would sell it before it gets ruined!!!
