Bass is more upfront and the tuning is warmer on A20i, but A40 has much better sound quality and a cleaner, more balanced tuning, but they are nearly 3 x the price. Space A40 are not the typical Soundcore tuning, but they sound really great nevertheless.
Thanks for this great review, I want to buy a soundcore earbuds but I dont know which one should I buy... I bought Baseus m2 earbuds a month ago and I really got disappointed (and also I lost one earbud in the gym XD) I have really tough time finding earphones which fit my ear without falling when I exercise, I tought about the space a40 but I tought about saving up with this ones, can you tell me what you recommend and which one fit good in the ears (from all anker's earbuds)?
I've been using the A20i for about 4 months and i recently got the p2 life mini, i would still choose the A20i over the P2. It's bass is more distinct for me, plus the app support👌
Both Soundpeats will give a more balanced tuning but less customisability, I prefer the fit of the Soundcore over both as they have a bit more to them and therefore are more secure being a bud style. Soundcore wins for the more Immersive sound quality and app in my opinion.
Do these sound as good as the a3i/life dot 3i? These have caught my attention for about a month now. The gaming mode is looking nice cus I play games and watch movies on my phone sometimes
I have the a25i I assume it’s the same and I must say they are the best I ever had and all I had are the apples and all that expensive stuff so yeah I’m so impressed I found these for that low price
I bought them and im disappointed. though the volume is good, they sound so flat, with little bass. I tried using the soundcore app but didnt find any big difference. Still not enough bass.
Good review! Last year seemed to be the Soundcore year of more expensive options so it's nice to see them starting off with a more budget friendly option this year. 😊 I love the Soundcore brand but I have to admit, I dont know why they continue to insist on giving you such a lousy sound profile out of the box. I suspect if someone bought a pair of their earbuds and never bothered with the equalizer in their app, which makes a huge difference, they would probably never consider another Soundcore product. Its always been a complete head scratcher to me. But other than that, they continue to offer excellent value , especially at the lower price end.
@@RicherTechReviewsJust wanted to let you know I got these and out of the box they are "muddy" for sure, but I set them to Acoustic and Wow! They have excellent sound indeed! Great and accurate review 🙂
Just get these, audio quality is better overall and with the EQs in the app you can have the bass how you like it, it’s as strong as P2 Mini if you like that
Hi Chafik, bigger drivers do not mean better sound quality or ‘better’ bass. A20i have superior sound tuning and customisation with the EQ. There’s is a Bass Up feature within that EQ if you want a bass heavy sound.
0:56 "We have got the soundcore app, which is fantastic to say..." Not so fantastic when you read in-app permissions list. "This app can appear on top of other apps" is enough for me to avoid it.
Soundcore keeps making their budget options increasingly impressive. Offering their app support at $30? 😮 Thank you for another great review! 👍
Definitely impressive- cheers Z!
i have one and its super mind blowing how it can be so good in that price range ❤
Glad you enjoying!
Soundcore is really bringing it. How does the bass on the A20i compare to the bass on the space a40?

@@RicherTechReviews thanks, I think I'll get the Life A3i since they have the best of both worlds.
Still a fantastic choice

You can actually turn off the touch tone. Go to more settings and turn off touch tone. That's how I run mine.
Yes I am aware, they upgraded the firmware after I did my review

No
Is the durability good? Just ordered.
@@mrcreamsterm1908 yeah they seem to hold up well
@@RicherTechReviews Thanks 😃
How about the bass?
Sound signature is quite bass boosted as default and you can tweak the sound via the EQs in the App
Is the cancel noise system good? Will you say it's better than skullcandy ones?
These do not have noise cancelling
Saw these for almost the same price as the Soundpeats free2 classic and mini, how do you think they compare in terms of sound quality and comfort?

you can actually turn off the the Beep sound now in the settings in the app

Can you use the buds separately??

Hello! Currently on Amazon the Edifier 3Xs are cheaper than the Soundcore A20i. Which one do you recommend?
Soundcore

Rich !!! Fine review my friend
Appreciate you bro!
Not really comfortable after about 15-20 minutes. Left side sometimes getting loose, fall out regularly 🤔
Since these are on the same price range with the life p2 mini, how they sound and how is the bass compared to them

Free 2 classic vs soundcore A20I vs QYC T13
Best for Music (hip-hop) and movies
Free 2 Classic best sound quality
Torn between the Soundcore a20i and the Edifier X3s. Which one is better, sound quality-wise? Thanks!
Soundcore A20i
@@RicherTechReviews thanks! Just ordered the A20i 🙏

Hi bro , is it good in game (no delay) ?
There is a gaming mode to reduce lag
do they fall off the ears in the gym or running?? :)
For me, no - but they don’t have wings etc like some
@@RicherTechReviews Thanks! I got a pair. Yeah, they dont fall off. pretty decent for its price :)
How far is the distance? (Bluetooth)
It will vary depending on your environment but you may get up to about 10 metres
@@RicherTechReviews thanks
what cancels more noise passively. the free 2 classic or these?
They are similar and will depend on your individual ears and the seal you get with the earbuds

which is better A20i or life p2i?
Depends what is more important to you?

Can you disable the touch controls in the app?
Not sure I'll have to check
You can actually
How to charge that
USB-C
Why is there background music man
yeahhh, It is small and very lightweight
My dog keeps eating my airpods. This is what I need to get in my life.
😭
Just go to a outdoor store and pick-up bear urine and spray them with it then your dog will be afraid of them
Does it have ANC?
No
But does it support wireless charging?
No, but you are still getting a lot for the price
Hello Friend. I would like a review of the anker p20i
We will see, they aren’t available yet
0:56 "We have got the soundcore app, which is fantastic to say..."
Not so fantastic when you read in-app permissions list.
"This app can appear on top of other apps" is enough for me to avoid it.
Each to their own!
How long will these last before they can not be recharged, ie battery life time
9hrs on the buds, 28hrs with the case including fast charge
How long they will last until they don't work is anyone's guess, Google rechargeable battery lifetime 👍
Can you sleep with thêm?
They are small but stick out a bit
Would you buy these for $30 and under?
Yes I would. Soundpeats Free2 Classic are another great option if you prefer balanced sound and don’t need game mode, app support etc
Thank you very much
@@RicherTechReviewsis soundpeats doesn't have app support? If so then soundcore wins a mile
It has an app but it's very basic
Torn between A20i and Free 2 Classics.
SP better sound but Soundcore a more rounded product
