you can pretty much follow the same principle at the task only location, i pick one of the rooms with a perfectly rectangular shape and hug one of the shorter sides of the rectangle, running between the two corners with the same timing as yours
Nice guide, just not so afk imo. Still the most "afkable" method. Its just not as if I can get some coffee and do some other things while my character keeps slaying them. Inherent to these monsters. Anyways nice guide, nice and short!

@JCrews you need to go talk to Captian Cleive in the Shaman caves after completing the Kourend Hard Dairy. He will make it so the slayer helm counts as a Shayzien Helm (5) for the purposes of fighting lizardmen

You've got a point there. I suppose the way I'm using the term "AFK" is more colloquial than literal. Like the way TicTok'ers use the word Literally.

There's a method in the middle room that's more afk, though I haven't tried it yet. It was in the 2007scape subreddit

You need all 5 pieces of the armor for 100% resistance. Unless you have the diary done and you are able to wear the slayer helmet instead.

@@JCrews Zeah hard diary. Then speak with the dude in the lizard canyon, that cave in the mountain, for the slayer helm to function as a Shayzen helm
