Great video, I have a problem here and needed help ... what is the possible cause if some client cannot connect to VPN? It says "connection attempt has timed out please check the internet connectivity" The client has an internet connection ... Does the issue is in the ISP or pc? badly need your help. Thanks

What version of anyconnect are you trying to install? Not all the versions are compatible with windows 10. Also what is the exact error message. If possible please share a screenshot rajk5.cco@gmail.com
facing error while connecting to VPN. The problem is that every 4 ~ 5 minutes the vpn simply disconnects me with the message: The secure gateway has terminated the VPN connection. The following message was received from the secure gateway: Administrator Reset. This happens when I'm using windows 10. Any response/solution to the above query would be much appreciated.

You can check if client has any profile, try deleting that profile from user pc and then connect directly using fqdn/host name /ip address of your asa
Also check if the group policy has profile called but .xml file is Missing from asa. To check that you can use sh flash: | in xml
You can also collect dart on user pc. Check my other video about dart. You can also send me an email at rajk5.cco@gmail.com
