Amazing video! I am a anemia also from having babies (3 kids Mom) look into a blood doctor to get blood infusion it is were they take blood (Iron) into your veins quicker and talk to a obgyn doctor it could be us women in general blooding really heavy blood clots bigger has usual and losing so much blood i went to hell because of it and finally got my blood back to normal again no dizzy no going to hospital again and obgyn I have the implant for 3 yrs in my arm and it has been a life saver for me but every women could be different with their Bodies I hope this helps you shadia I keep you in prayers keep strong ❤

I feel for Shadia on the Iron Part. I’m also going through low Iron issues also. Dr’s encouraging me to eat a lot of red meat besides Iron pills also. I did have to have Iron infusions done start of May. Was a very weird feeling. Great vid Moe. Always love the Fam vlogs :)

Shadia, please start taking aulti vitamin, folic acid because that is good for women, and you can find iron at Wal Mart, the dler general, sometimes even the Doller tree will have them. I know there will be a lot of people commenting about this, but these 3 vitamins will help you I promise. And also vitamin e and vitamin K and D. Kale and spinach is supposed to have a lot of vit
K and iron I'm it. You know how you're always talking Bout spinach or kale and how you want to get your greens in because they are so good for you.i have been anemic andy blood is better but I still take iron and other vitamins to keep it to ina good state.

I have really bad iron deficiency that i see an oncologist. Tell Shardia .. Extended orin release vitamins with extended release or Slow release vitamin c ... It will help & then a multi vitamin😊❤❤
