Dennis was the only one that was interested in learning all this
Richard and the other one where just hang over!
Probably cause Dennis wants to buy one when he retires 🤔🤨😉 I know that’s what I’d like to do 🤴🏻
Including me also
He is th James May of the group.
That’s what I thought too, he’s always interested in people and what they do. He’s a very personable person, shows interest, asks questions. Great bloke! 🇦🇺🍺🍺
Dennis is just a better people person… the other guys look like they don’t care but Dennis was actu interested
The engineer is awesome, there is now I would consider buying this boat without him, he is the boat. 110% respect to Dennis 👍🇬🇧
Dennis is definitely the true gear head of the group. Showed a genuine interest and listened and asked questions like he was being trained to take over the job. Lol
Lol good reply
Rawlings looks like he's high as hell 🤣🤣🤣
it's that why he's so quiet
Thanks for taking us along on the tour Dennis; and thanks to the boat owner and the knowledgeable young man for his explanation of how the ship operates.
That meant a lot to the to the Engineer that you asked him questions and listened to his explanations, Dennis. Well done.
Looks like Richards party days are taking a toll man he's aged.
I was waiting for Dennis to find if the motor was matched up number wise.
That was the instructional video you have ever made,
That young guy in the engine room deserves his
Pay and more
Many thanks
Trevor.. United Kingdom.
The guy that takes care of the boat is one smart dude. 🎯
That was AWESOME!!!!! Being a former employee of Bassett Boat Company in South Florida, many, many years ago, I got the opportunity to work on some spectacular yachts. Nothing of this magnitude, but pretty good size. I have been employed for the last 35 years as an electrician, so hearing the crew member describing the electrical components of this yacht was incredibly interesting!!! I was really geeking out!!!! I could've talked to that guy for hours. He was very knowledgeable and knew the components very well!!! Hearing those engine start up was awesome!!!! Would really like to see the whole yacht!!! Thanks for an amazing episode!!!!
Fantastic, that guy really knows how the boat works, he never paused to answer any question, the answers were straight there. Real pro, and Denis you asked all the questions we all wanted to know the answers to.
Oddly my favorite episode yet
I like Dennis’ enthusiasm and interest in the engineering. Thank you for taking time from your vacation to bring us this super rare insight.
Mr. Glidewell is a legend in the boating charter industry. Great tour, beautiful boat!
He does have some fine yachts.
What yacht did Mr. Glidewell buy to replace Zoom Zoom Zoom when he sold her in 2021 to the current owner?
Love Dennis freak over engine fire up…Byron is a friend of mine, thanks for sharing Byron, so cool to see people’s freak when they get aboard big boats. Been working on them almost 50 years and once in a while I can step back, see a boat like this, and say, ya I fixed that.
DID YOU ALSO WORK ON THE SS MINNOW ???
@@donnywenner4998 Not many friends huh? Bad childhood?
SO glad you enjoyed it! Without experienced guys like you keeping these boats going, they would be stuck in port!
As always Dennis has the inquisitive mind . I shudder to think what this costs per day to keep serviceable and the engineer's knowledge and committment was impressive . Thanks to all .
Richard walking around the engine room looking for the beer cooler.
Every single episode I’ve watched and have been watching for a few years I just keep gaining more respect for Dennis as a kind human being. We need more of people like this! He’s such a genuine person and kind to everyone. For how wealthy he is you normally don’t see that especially towards the lower class he deals with buying cars and listening to this guy explaining inter working of the boat and how interesting he is. I hope I get to meet you in person one day Dennis.
Dennis, you've shown us some really beautiful road vehicles but THAT was spectacular!! I've driven many CAT powered semi rigs over the years but nothing came close to that. Your inquisitive attitude made the visit, and the video. Thanks for one of your very best!!
That was awesome!! Big Ballers right there!!
Wow those engines are works of art.
What a beautiful yacht! Like Dennis, I like learning the technical details too.
Richard out of his league
Dennis always the gentleman but the star of this coffee walk by far is the chief engineer a man of excellence on top of his game 🫡
No better man than Dennis Collins to get stuck into the details of a machine like this... and the engineer dude is a super good nerd, great listning to people who really dig what they do.
God Bless Diesel Hydrocarbons, the greatest gift ever given to man.
Spotless engine room!😮
Thanks Dennis for taking us along on this amazing yacht. The engine room alone is outstanding to say the least.
It’s a good Day to be alive every time Dennis puts out a new video
It amazed me how sound proof that engine room is, when they came out and shut the door it pretty much isolated all that noise. Amazing
Those engines firing up was Outstanding!
Awesome! I love that this tour focused only on the mechanicals.
Glad you took us with you to that AMAZING engine room
This brings me back to a boat story from the early 1990"s. A visit by some local (Key West) VIP's to our boat, the USS Key West (SSN-722). I was standing watch (OOD) on the bridge while the boat was surfaced and the VIP's would cycle up for a visit. It was a beautiful day and the sea-state was calm. One gent was a speed boat racer and, apparently, a former world record holder. He began to talk about how much HP his boat had and then asked what our submarine could put out. I smiled and ordered up a FLANK bell; away we went! Thirty-thousand shaft horsepower on the surface may not generate tremendous speed (only 20+ knots, as the submarine hull is optimized for submerged speed), but the bow wave and wake were pretty damn impressive...at least he thought so. The dolphins love those big bow waves! Good times.
This is really nice ,,the fun one will have on the ocean is just to die for...thanks for showing this .
Dennis sporting the cabana wear. Awesome!
Yep Dennis says it best can't make this stuff up,thanks for the tour pretty impressive boat 👍
Very Cool! As a former employee at DDRC-Remanufacturing, I can appreciate the inside look at those gorgeous engines. Impressive!
I think Richard should build something with a V12 twin turbo.
That was too COOL, Dennis! I will check out the link to the yacht, as I am interested in the rest of the boat, too! Thanks to the yachts owner as well...
Love Dennis's enthusiasm 🤠
That’s absolutely amazing boat
Thank you Denis 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Wow!!! That was Outstanding!!!
As a career Railroader I had a lot of experience with v16 and v20 diesel engines. Mostly EMD and GE designs but a few Cats also.
Ours ranged from 3000 to 6000 hp, but mostly in the 4000 to 4400 range.
You should have asked what the cu. Inch displacement was on each cylinder.
The EMD's I worked with were either 645 or 710 cu. In. per cylinder.
That's cool. The range on that thing is impressive.
Fantastic Dennis that engine room was awesome, hope you guys had fun 👍 😊
Nice@! Thanks Dennis for sharing with us this amazing vessel....
That was incredible thanks Dennis and our knowledgeable tech
WOW!!!! LOVE IT
I love motors, no matter the conveyance. Thank you sir!
Dennis the Smart one of the bunch.
That is an amazing piece of equipment. A lot of technology.
Amazing tour!! Thanks DC!!
thank you for showing the engine room. Very cool
Interesting and an outstanding ship!
Dennis is more incredible than the yacht 😅, a true gentleman.
Dennis is a classy Dude! Lets just stop there!
A great bit of info, as well as touring an area of the yacht you never get to see.
You, Sir, actually got the point of the impromptu video while on vacation! Congrats!!!
Dennis and his buddy drinking coffee, J ricky and richard with beer and a cocktail hahaha
Really enjoyed the engine room tour! Dennis, thanks for the video, very cool :-)
Excellent video
Thank you Dennis I appreciate it it’s a beautiful yacht
Really enjoyed this! Great info and interesting. Good job Dennis!
Awesome experience!
Hey Dennis I hope you have a great time over there well I hope you had a great time over there
And. If I had to choose a Dad, from either? DENNIS ! Hands down!
Wow that was amazing it brings back the times when I used to work on the Navy ships and crews lines and containerships those engines were amazing you would have loved Dennis
Dennis, thank you for the laugh. I must have missed something. I look and there is a group of guys... walking around an engine room... BAREFOOT! Im old and i was in the navy but never thought of myself as old navy. But seeing you guys barefoot in an engine room... well that was a hoot! Even if everything was chrome plated.
Great to see all the boys back together, reminded me of watching the Gumball day on T.V in Australia. 🥃🥃🥃🥃🍺
richards hammered man what a life these guys live y'all earned it enjoy it GOD BLESS YA
Outstanding Performance!!!!!!
Awesome!
OUTSTANDING !!! BADASS !!! NOW THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL SWAG !!!
Thanks Dennis, very cool. From New Zealand
That was fantastic. The engines are amazing. Damn, you guys know how to live.
Very impressive, thanks for sharing
Amazingly clean nice
Outstanding!
Dennis is a GEARHEAD!!!
If you have to ask how much to fill her up you can't afford the yacht
That clitche never made sense.
If you have a question about a question of how much it cost you only wish youcould afford it....
All 4 guys would not have any issues filling that yacht.. 2 of them buy cars that cost more than that
$80K to fill the tank
Not really
Worked at Hatteras Yachts building 54'-110'. We built a 70' had 2 Cats and a gas eng in it. The removal of engs. I've experienced twice 1 up other out the side. Not mechanic was a master carpenter that has built all the wood throughout vessel. Even though I didn't have a hand in this boat enjoyed people respecting what us average people build.
I would be like Dennis In awe! It's awesome!
Coffee walk on water I like that
I'm surprised he didn't look at the tag on the door then tell the guy what he had for an engine...LOL
MBN said with awe and admiration.
I have a feeling Dennis will be buying a yacht sooner or later
Wow, that’s some set up, I couldn’t afford a days fuel let alone to stay on it 😄
Amazing thank you so much I'm glad to see you and Richard together on the Video, y'all both have made me the business person I am, Thanks
Awesome video! Nothing like the life of the 1%. 😁🤙🏼
Very cool thanks for sharing.
Thank You for sharing.
Beautiful boat. I was on the Disney Magic, 984 ft.
They had gps on stateroom TV. At midnight it showed us doing 24 Knots per hour.
Awesome! Thanks Guys!
Wouldn't surprise me if a nice yacht is in Dennis's future .... he's certainly earned it.
Dennis is rich. But I don’t know if even he has the nut to buy that boat. That one is for billionaires.
I kind of like Dennis, I feel he's the kind of guy that would make anybody feel important! Even if the person wasn't in his league. I don't get that from watching Richard's show! I hope I am right, Dennis your good man.. PS I have a 1981 Bronco for sale lol
Thanks for sharing Dennis
Nice bonus video!! Love the channel. I just got a boat for free this summer didn’t need much work either the guy just wanted it gone..
Hello Dennis
