I tried carefully reflexing the petals from a bouquet of grocery store roses and they kept cracking/splitting the petals - is there a trick to it, or did I just get too firm of roses? Help!
I hate this! What happened to letting the rose open naturally? They look old and like they are two weeks old. Another stupid trend. Used to puff up bouquets with fewer rises but the same cost. That bouquet looks awful, all out of proportion and there is no where for the eye to rest. The eye has to travel! Basic design 101.
I always end up with torn petals. Even after letting them dehydrate somewhat in a warm room. So frustrating to ruin perfect blooms!
