most of my boxes gets trashed too, I have duplicates of some of my collection decks that I carry. But now I just EDC a bicycle Prestige deck, which comes in a sturdier box.
Look up carat deck boxes or other card box protectors. There are clear plastic boxes that are fairly rigid that go around the card box so protect it from bending as much and protect from a bit of moisture. I use these and it usually does a good enough job of protecting the cards (sometimes the flap on the box gets a bit dinged up though)

I EDC my cards and the box gets thrashed. Even in a ziplock. How do you EDC a deck and keep them looking good?
