- Dasha and I just got back from a 3 week trip, primarily visiting her family in Kazakstan whom she hasn't seen in almost 21 years. On the final leg of our trip, we decided to visit Israel, a country that we have both wanted to see for many years. I had my fishing rod with me, so I decided to break it out and head to the historic Sea of Galilee. Little did we know, just 3 days after we returned home, Israel would be attacked by the terrorist group known as Hamas.

Those feelings were something I have never felt before. I hope a sliver of this place made it through the video, but I couldn’t encourage everyone enough to go and walk this land for themselves.

I am shocked that Isrealis don't fish much.. offshore they have major badass fish 9miles out.. I am going in November for 10 days. But I can't believe Jews don't have the fishing disease.. I do..
What kind of license do they require for that?
I actually saw quite a few shore fishermen when I was there. And infact, many of the native Tilapia had been fished to extinction, which led them to impose fishing restrictions for the first time not too long ago.
I didn't need any license coming from America!
