I wish Nigerian developers will spend time designing the exterior landscape of a house with beautiful open greenary and pool side. Huge house but few widows and they are small sized widows? Little details makes a hugh difference.

The gentleman did an amazing job showing the house. Plus he’s very respectful in his responses to people and shows willingness to take corrections. Kudos for that. However, this house is not just working for me. In America, those LED lights are used in kids’ rooms. The whole LED lights just cheapened the house. Don’t even get me started on the kitchen cabinets, why so dark? Also, where are the greens!!!!! Even high-rise buildings in the middle of Manhattan have greenery at the roof tops! Tacky!

the lack of natural light in Nigerian houses is baffling. The kitchen tiles and colour scheme?? why so dark?? what is wrong with the interior designer?. They just spend money without any vision. The only thing I like is the gold scheme.

Yes your right the use of randomly place finishing and excessive colorful lights especially in the kitchen is horrible no symmetry in the interior design, poor wall finishing outside and inside and still painted gold sheesh, i won't call it a home but a building, it has potential but was wasted

Improve the bathrooms. For a house of this size the bathrooms should have sinks in cabinets, to place and store items. I notice no linen closets for towels, sheets etc. House this size all bedrooms should have walk in closets. The kitchen layout is awkward. Think about a lift for a house at this cost. House has a lot of steps to get to the master bedroom.
It's beautiful it needs 4'of dirt area all around for plants and garden some kind of trees

A house cannot be full furnished when its newly built, the one you see in different part of the world beeen advertise already furnished its because someone already lived there before.

The house is really big luxurious and spacious but I don’t get why it’s not semi furnished with inbuilt Air conditioners, inbuilt speakers. No washing machine? These are common features that will be in an luxurious house in Pinnock beach Osapa,Lagos. Imagine spending 800m and you still have to buy air conditioners worth over 5m for all the rooms. Lastly why is there no elevator since it has 2 floors?

seems like the bling mansion of Abuja made a landing.
Why buy a house without 1. No Car Garage. 2.Washer and dryer are outside the main house. 3. Whats up with all the gold around the house. Lastly a house this size has no walk in closet. I really think nigerian developers need to go back to the drawing board and build something more practical.

There is a whole lot of trees surrounding the house which is a good source of oxygen and that's basically the essence of garden to provide oxygen for inhabitants of the house

I live in Canada. If a house this size for this price.Is being built and sold in Canada.The authorities would not allow it to be built without having an elevator.Because of the stairs and the square footage of the house.

It's a huge house with no greenery. There is also no elevator to the masters room. You'll have to climb so many stairs just to have a nap. The ground floor should have been an open concept. No need for doors demarcating the living rooms in the ground floor..
The developers should watch homes built in LA or Texas to understand how to plan the layout of the house.

The exterior needs a little bit of green grass though...and fruit trees and flowering plants.
If that were my mansion I'll definitely have a garden behind it with mango tree (special mango from my hometown), cashew tree, orange tree, guava tree, udara tree, pawpaw and tangerine tree.
I'll also have a vegetable garden to grow some yams, plantain, corn and native pear and keep some chickens for fresh eggs. That will keep the environment more naturelike and refreshing.
In the U.S this is roughly a 10 to 25 million dollar home in some parts.

Big house, some features are nice but the multi coloured lighting is a let down for me. The windows are too small making it feel overwhelming. A lot space, some finishings are very disappointing. The price is too high as there may be need tidy up the finishings.

As a Real Estate developer myself, I am not impressed with the gold trimmings all over this house especially knowing that they are not real gold; over time those trimmings will start fading. Also, the colourful lightings makes it look like you are in movie theater as opposed to residential house where you come home to relax coolly. Furthermore, some trees and flowers and grass will add to the flavour this house.
My company will be building in Abuja very soon.
The price is very good. At $1.3 million, it is very inexpensive. Yes, not that expensive. In the US or Europe, this house will be going for up to $5 million or more.

Those were my first thoughts. The gold in the house was way too much. The LED lights made the house to look like somewhere for a Christmas Carol or an Airbnb strictly meant for house parties. The house is just big without a concrete design. The bathrooms in the 5 rooms are too small compared to the size of the rooms it has to be proportional. The queen's room is excessively large when part of it should have been used to make a walk in closet with shoe racks and an island for her jewelry. The bathroom in there has no vanity whatsoever. The master bedroom makes no sense on the 3rd floor. By the time the owner is 70 then what? And the bath is way too far from the bedroom. You get up to use the bathroom then you can't go back to sleep. To me the entire house is too large without considerations.
The cupboards.They are banging too much. They should be soft touched, open them and they close by themselves. That's what it should be.
Please someone should buy this and turn it into a hotel/club. That’s the only thing that will make sense for this massive tasteless house
