  • red cabbage kimchi:
    1 red cabbage
    1/3 cup salt
    other vegetables and fruits-
    1 radish
    1 carrot
    1/2 pear
    1/2 apple
    1 stalk spring onion
    rice paste-
    2/3 cup water
    1 1/2 tbsp rice flour
    3 tbsp sugar
    blended rice paste-
    1 red onion
    1 inch ginger
    1/2 apple
    1/2 pear
    1/4 cup garlic
    1/4 cup spring onions
    cooled rice paste
    mix-
    tender red cabbage
    sliced veggies and fruits
    green rice paste
    salt (i think i did about 2 tsps but start with 1 and taste before adding more)
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 cup + 2 tbsp gochugaru
