Sir mai jab bhi gym join krta hu after 1 to 2 month ke badh mujhe back injury(chanak) ho jaati hai aur 1 week ke lia bedrest pr chala jata hu , lower back ko kaise strong karu is ke lia bhi please video banaiye.
