Hey coach amazing video!!! Thank you so much for the perspective on which side of the arm should take the force of the throw! I was a jav thrower at Cornell (grad in 22') and recently have been getting back into throwing. Your advice has been making a world of difference , I'm throwing better now at 24 compared to when I was 22 years old!!
This should be considered a fundamental of the javelin throw. Nobody should be throwing over 100 feet until they learn how to take the stress off the elbow.
I’ve got a lot of helpful videos on my UA-cam channel and more resources on my website. Also, try out coachtube.com. They have online courses from others that are worth checking out.
Must awaited video @coach, covered all my previous comments...... Thank You ❤
Excellent!! Thank you!
