Gotta love the logic in this kind of games - it's your own office but everything is either locked (and you don't have the key for some reason xD) or you have to solve the puzzle. That said, the game seems incredibly atmospheric, and I liked it 👍👍

Meanwhile, the ambience gave me a bit of Alan Wake II feels. Ethan better hope that replacement lantern battery doesn't run out of juice.

that radio news report at the beginning was the most realistic news report I've heard in a video game in a long time lol like, not just its delivery and its words but its sound was spot on

With all it's supernatural history esp of people going missing and strange lights (if the game later has those strange lights features). And these graphics are fantastic. ^^ Sad we have to wait for chapter 2. I'm so engrossed in this. ^^

Using Unreal Engine 5 to make the environments and the animations for this game is such a good use of its features! It saves a lot of time for the developer and gives, even smaller games, a quality feel.

31:17 The triangles and trapezoids, like the lines, are only counting the ones uninterrupted by other strings. I was surprised by the low number too (I got 13, 6, and 6) but we were apparently solving a harder puzzle than what was written 😂

This was really solid. I once played a game called Enigma on Playstation, which was also a point and click mystery / puzzle solving game. I wish this was a bit longer / had some more story. But now knowing that this is a thing, I'll check out Meridian.
Nothing beats the slow burner atmosphere of a point n' click game :3
