1.5 LBS Chicken breast
Cut in cubes
Marinate the chicken
1/2 tsp - red chili powder
1/2 tsp - garlic powder
1/2 tsp - salt
1/2 tsp - black pepper
Now get another bowl
1 cup - all purpose flour
1 cup - corn starch
1/4 tsp - baking powder
1/2 tsp - salt and white pepper
Mix it up. Now in the same bowl add
1 egg
1 tbsp - oil
Mix it up. Now in the same bowl add
1 cup - water
Now add chicken to this mixture and set aside (or keep in the fridge for however long you want)
For sauce:
1.5 cup - orange juice
1 tbsp - chicken powder or 2 bouillon cubes
2 tbsp - corn starch
3 tbsp - ketchup
3 tbsp - chili garlic sauce
2 tbsp - honey
2 tbsp - sugar
For noodles:
med-high flame
2 tbsp - oil
1 cup - shredded cup
1 - green onion
1 tsp - garlic
14 oz - boiled noddles (1 tsp oil, 1/2 tsp salt, boil 8 minutes, wash with cold water)
1 tbsp - soy sauce
1 tsp - chicken powder or 1 bouillon cube
1/2 tsp - black pepper
1 tsp - vinegar
1 tbsp - ketchup
1/4 tsp - sesame seed oil
For frying chicken:
Med-high
On high heat:
Fry for 7 minutes without touching
Then separate and flip them
Total cook time: 15 minutes
For cooking sauce:
Med-high flame
1 tbsp - oil
10-12 - dry peppers
1 tbsp - crushed garlic
Add pre-made sauce
1/8 - red food color (optional)
Add chicken
Enjoy! 😌
