- long cucumber
- black olives
- curled lettuce
- cream cheese

Spread cheese on the toast, add lettuce and Black Forest ham folded into a bow-tie.
Cut long cucumber slices with a peeler and roll each slice into a roll. Thread a black olive and a cucumber roll onto the picker and then place it on a ham bow tie.
