Hi and thanks for watching!! If you refer to the lower black or the lower balance of the bumper unfortunately is not possible because it has some metal tabs on the inside and are not accessible without removing the bumper.

Not sure on that one yet, but try removing the fender liner first

yes it is possible, I did on mine, a little tricky but not impossible
