Voro RC
Thanks!! As a noob (w/ Carbon Cub S2, really light) I've been struggling w/ proper (calm) ways to deal with wind. Here in Arizona, the wind never seems to stop. This makes me want to have fun with it, instead of fearing it! Now I'm looking forward to my next flight even more!! Thank you!!
Same in California and I've suffered from it 😂
Dude are you still alive? Been waiting for two years now.
Great video sir just bought the RF9 simulator and just started learning how to fly. Thanks for these videos appreciate your time and dedication to show us newbies how to fly RC planes. I sub to your channel.
Gene - a bigger plane is easier to see and get orientation with. The smaller ones have their place - but they are much more sensitive, even twitchy. Generally a .40 size or larger high wing is a great beginner plane. The Timber is a great plane, I flew a friend's at our club. The power is good, but one word of warning is that it is a short take-off plane. While this can be fun, you will have to watch as other planes will want a longer take off and landing roll - be careful with that. The first plane I flew was a mini nexstar. It had a 40" wingspan, and it handled a little wind OK. Take plenty of time with a simulator - it will help. Try to be able to take off and land successfully there first. It will translate to flying at the field. I soloed on my forth or fifth time at our club thanks to the Sim time I had. Voro - thank you for your videos. You (and some others) have helped me to learn things I wanted to try so much more quickly. What you guys put out is invaluable.
Great wind vid. Thanks
sure miss you bro!! Would love to see you out again
You coming back or are you done with UA-cam again???
Great video Sir
I fly remote control aerial targets for the military, what’s funny, is I never picked up a plane until I got this job. I had to learn to fly right across from a windmill farm if that tells you anything….. 😂 I had to immediately start on expert, with no safe to adjust for the gusting winds… no on a good day, I’m less excited to fly because it’s too easy. Lol
I fly standing in my back yard using an LDS Church parking lot. There's houses along one side a Bowery on one end and trees. The wind does crazy stuff back there but it does increase the fun 🤠.
Great video
bro u need to come backkk
A video on using rudder for coordinated turns would be cool.
could you show how you've configured the wind in Phoenix RC? the default wind settings are everything but realistic. thanks
whats the sim callled
could you do a video on how to setup a simulator. thanks
I'm new to the Hobby I recently purchased the E-flite Apprentice s last June I believe. So any review of flying Basics would be greatly appreciated especially Landings and takeoffs
👍
That was quick! so appreciated. Are you familiar with the timber 1.5? This is the plane I chose as a trainer. It's not really considered a trainer, but do you think it's ok to learn on or a difficult one. I also have a mini apprentice but the timber is easier to fly because it's larger. What do you think?
Great
Nothing now for over 6 months , sounded so good anyone no what’s happened to vororc 😞
wazzer2202 I'm still around I promise.

Hey Andrew what are you going to do now since aeroworks went out of business?
Are there any new vids planned?
Good RC channel for 2 years. Disappears for 2 years. Makes a video saying there is big things coming. Posts 2 videos and disappears again. Look forward to the next video in 2020
Arnold Rimmer my thoughts exactly
Its the end of 2020. Still no videos
Hey Voro I was thinking that a Phoenix sim live stream online would be interesting if you like to try that out let me know and we can work something since I fly Phoenix it would be cool for both our channels. :)
Going out in a 5mph wind just got a new mini apprentice
