What an epic film: jaw-dropping scenery plus superb views of the trains. To miss-use a military metaphor, this demonstrates how LSL has well & truly parked its tank/train on/in WCR's lawn/sidings! It really is a statement of intent.
Loved the video. The Blue train passed my home town going up on Friday and returned yesterday. Did not realise there were so many Jacobite coaches located at Tom Na Faire.
What an amazing video for scenery & views. The depot is a sorry sight now without the sheds & has just become sidings, very sad to see. The rakes coaches which appear at 5:21, are these sidings at the opposite end of the depot?
WCR have air con stock for the Jacobite, but no ETS fitted locos 😖. We know Class 47s are permitted to FW, but are they not on the Mallaig extension? Do 47/4s have higher axle loading than 47/0s?
I thought there was a "barn" shed on site. Although that was BR and would have passed to EWS/DBC. I guess they have no workings now. I think GBRF use the oil sidings

Great footage, that was a great idea getting rid of the loco sheds😡😡
Excellent video as always 👍
Wow! That is a stunning video. Thank you.
Great to see something different
A bit naughty I know, but I wasn't really looking at the rolling stock, I was looking more at the beautiful, stunning scenery.
Stunning part of the country 👌👍
nice scenery in jock land + the blue flying machines ready to scream off at 125mph + 3 tractors sat in a convoy good video as always 🥰
Good video
Thank you. I needed an update here!
Werid that the mk1s and a mk2 pullman are just sitting there!

I’m assuming this is what’s left of the original Fort William TMD? Was the depot code FW? Did it have an allocation post-steam days? Thanks.
Lovely shots and just wondering do u know when u start getting paid on UA-cam
Anybody know what Smithy is going to do with all of his Mk1s ?
