This is helpful. How would I collect multiple contacts from one form? For example, I have the first page ask for contact info (name, phone, email) and also if the individual is a broker or buyer. If they are a broker, sending in a deal for another person, the second page asks for the buyer's contact information. The next pages ask for information about the deal. If the form is completed by a broker, and it has page 1 and page 2 with contact information from the broker and buyer, is there a way I can save two contacts, with respective contact types (broker, buyer), related to the deal?
yes, but you'd need a workflow to do this! We did a simliiar project for a client last quarter where we used a new field in a form to trigger a new contact creation using a workflow. There has to be clear delineation as to where that goes and how it gets assigned and logged (It's a bit more than that) but feel free to reach out if we can help
Happy to help you out, Ahmed! When you are in the form builder, there is an option for "Image" if you select "Create New" for the form fields. You can then upload your logo or any images.
Hey, thanks for the video! An issue I'm looking to overcome is the need to add multiple contacts (email addresses, first names and last names) - which would then be created as individual contacts in Hubspot. For instance, in the form there will be spaces to fill in multiple contacts, which would then be added to Hubspot. Is this possible with HubSpot forms?
You would need to setup some custom properties to save additional contact information and a workflow to automate creating the contact records. It is definitely possible!
Absolutely! When you are creating a form, you have options to create a new property. You will want to select the "File" option. This will allow them to upload an attachment with their form submission.
Hello and thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks! It might vary depending on the computer you are using but try right clicking on the page and see if it will let you print. Happy HubSpoting!
Hi Sara - thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks! We haven't set anything like this up just yet, and HubSpot's default country code drop down only lists counties without the flags. You could try creating your own property for country code and adding in options with the flags as part of the property. I hope this helps!
Awesome, thanks for the video! Are there any options for HubSpot forms to prevent spam form submissions other than the regular ReCaptcha fields? For example simple custome math captchas? Does HubSpot support something like this?
Currently there are no advanced options from HubSpot's native forms. You could look into custom coding a solution but it would not be HubSpot supported.
This depends on how your website/landing pages are setup. If you have the drag and drop templates, there will be a forms module that you can drop into the page anywhere you'd like!
Martin, this will depend on where you form is going. If it is on a HubSpot page, you would need to work with the page templates and modules to size it. If you are embedding the form on a non-HubSpot page, you would use the raw HTML version and the style would be determined by the CSS of your external page. Hope this helps!
If you are using a drag and drop template for your website/landing pages, you should have a forms module available to place forms exactly where you want on a page.
I have created a form with standard field First Name, Last Name, Phone Number in this order. But when I preview the form , I could see the Phone Number , Last Name and First Name. The order is different Should I have to publish it and see if its correctly placed?
Hi Sanjana! Thanks for engaging with us. That is an interesting issue that I haven't heard of before. Did you try to update and republish the form before the preview? My only guess would be that the format did not properly save. If it still shows incorrectly, I would suggest reaching out to HubSpot support so they can look into it.
Thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks! We're so sorry to hear you could barely see the video. What was the issue? Is it too small or blurry? Please let us know!
Dependent fields.... You fail to mention the vital fact that these are not available on the Starter Hub.... I signed up for Hubspot starter after watching your detailed video, because dependent field offered exactly what I wanted... £258 down the drain...there are consequences often born by others for our omissions
Would recommend talking to HubSpot directly as we're just consultants serving those looking to get more from the platform and grow their business using the strategy and technology. The product changes so fast that it's not possible to share every intricate detail of each level and hub on each video. I know that can be frustrating, but would recommend talking to HubSpot support to see what workarounds you could use.

how do i show it in my hubspot page?
I was really hoping at least one video in youtube would actually do that.
But I guess the search continues.

Is multi-step form possible in HS? Some forms are too long and would be nice to break them up with "NEXT" button.
As of now, multi-step forms are not possible in HubSpot. We hope they will make this feature soon. Thanks for checking out HubSpot Hacks!
HI! How can I make the size of the form smaller?
Martin, this will depend on where you form is going. If it is on a HubSpot page, you would need to work with the page templates and modules to size it. If you are embedding the form on a non-HubSpot page, you would use the raw HTML version and the style would be determined by the CSS of your external page. Hope this helps!

Thanks, Jordan- that is a great idea for a future video! Be sure to check back for a tutorial on form design.
Thank you for this but I could barely see the things on your screen.😢😢😢😢
