Ria why are you doing that to me?😂😂 My daughter wants stew pork for Christmas and I have fallen ill. I will have to show her your video and let her try it for herself. Your videos are always so detailed and simple. Love it. That pie looks delish. Blessings to you and your loved ones for this holy Christmas Season and coming New Year.❤❤
Afternoon Ria. Seasons greetings coming all the way from 'defrosting London England'. This recipe dropped just on time, as I wanted to use pork for boxing day, but wanted something different. Thank you soooo much. Any chance we could get some snippets of mummy cooking? I know it's Christmas, but you all are such great cooks. Love you
Hi Ria my name is Marlene and I look at your videos all the time I could just so you cook I am from Grenada St George's to be exact I would like to know where do you get your macaroni the long ones because I have looked all over Brooklyn prolong macaroni so I can try some of your recipes but I did not find any could you please let me know where you get the macaroni if it's in the Caribbean because I don't seem to get it in Brooklyn I'm looking at your video right now where you made the macaroni pie with the long macaroni look forward to hearing from you Marlene
Thanks! For the ones inside I just keep the house warm enough, open the window shades during the day and water often. The pudina is not as green and full now but still alive! Keeping that alive has been a life goal since it was a gift from my mom. Outside herbs-they are on their own with this cold weather. Probably won’t be alive too long so I will use up or cut and freeze or dry. The pepper plants we brought in before winter. They usually stay alive but caught some disease so they are on their way out. The cherry pepper has already survived two winters. May have to bring it inside the house soon to save it.
Ria, if and when time allows would you please do a tutorial on how to grow those beautiful peppers and others herbs indoor? Thank you!
Ria I could sit and watch you could all day. If you ever find the time to write a cook book I will sit to buy one. You are such a good cook
I love to put grated fresh ginger in my stew. Also enjoy currying pork as well. Pretty good with dhal and rice and a fresh salad 🥗

Try Liberty Ave Queens. If you can’t find bucatini pasta you can always use elbows or spaghetti. Thanks and let me know.
I’m making this what is green seasoning? 😮

Why do you add the butter after the sugar burns plse?
Adds flavor. Only my Nana did this❤️
I was taught by my mum to not hit glass too hard when cooking as it may chip and go in the food
Your mom is right.
I have noticed you did not add eggs to the pie. Is it OK to omitted the eggs.
