    Here's how I handle drive time: My service call fee is higher than my hourly rate. It covers the first on-site hour.

    Thanks for this presentation. I'm not particularly keen on being an MSP. Is it possible to be successful strictly as a consulting firm, or is it necessary to have some element of MSP offerings?

    I see a lot of older videos from MSP's that were using SolarWinds. I've never been a huge fan of the RMM's. I'm not putting an agent with root privileges on a client machine for a third party to alter their systems.

    How does one resell cloud services like Office or G-Suite etc?

    I worked with a tech who regularly billed 11 hours in almost every 8 hour shift - It just depends on the ethics of the business and the tech.
    His reasoning was he had a different client system on each of his two monitors so they get billed.

      I started my business before the lockdown and my clients that were going to sign up backed away until the lockdown is over :(
