When he retired back in 2016, I can't push myself to watch any Spurs games no matter how I tried. And then last year you came along...I'm so glad your spaceship landed in San Antonio. I did not miss any single game you played in your historic rookie season. Looking forward to the next one. Go! Spurs! Go!

I was a kid when Duncan was drafted. He was my favorite player, and I found it hard to watch the game anymore once Duncan retired- especially when Manu was gone too. Wemby has me excited about spurs basketball again. I wish my grandpa, who I used to watch games with, could have seen him play.
