The fight between the twins was actually as tragic as written as in the book, the sorrows after each slash to eachother was incredible. If a nitpick could be made for that scene it would probably be that writers should have added the factor of the twins trying to convince eachother to stop and join their own side as their blades connected. If you ever get a chance, you should check out a song that was made for this battle called farewell my brother. I haven't check yet but I believed it is still on UA-cam.

Rhaenyra made a huge mistake sending Daemon away. His one of the most powerful characters in the game of thrones universe, his a legendary warrior, he wields dark sister and rides caraxes. I'm pretty sure he will have an awesome entrance as always and save the blacks because without him they are nothing.

Without Daemon there's no Team Black, he carries the whole team on his back.
The greens have Vaghar plus Aemond, and also Aegon with Sunfyre, which is nothing to sneeze at. If Rhaenyra really sent Daemon away, then she's a true fool: she lost her strongest dragonrider and also access to Vermithor, the 2nd biggest dragon, which Daemon befriended.
Brothers kill each other for some lords' ideologies. Can't emphasize how real this actually is now....
W reaction Allona
This is a great episode. Very intense and emotional Aemond upset declared war. As Alicent grieves over the loss of her grandson. As Otto want to use the death of Jaehaery as a political tool to gain sympathy so the people of Kings Landing will be in their favor. Casting blame on Rhaenyra. But Aegon had Blood, Cheese, and the other Ratcatchers killed, which resulted in deaths of many innocence that the Green could lose trust and faith in the residents of Kings Landing. I feel bad for Helaena that her son is being used as a political tool to spread propaganda that Rhaenyra is evil. I feel bad a little bit for Aegon gor the loss of his son. But the moment he killed the innocent Ratcatchers that had nothing to do with his son death is where I loss sympathy for him.
Criston Cole got some nerve blaming Arryk for the death of Jaehaery where it was his fault for abandoning his duty to have sex with Alicent and leaving Helaena and kids unguarded and unprotected and sent Arryk on a mission which was pretty much a death sentence.
Because of Daemon actions. Rhaenyra claim to the throne is diminish. I feel bad for both Arryk and Erryk, where both had to fight each other because of their duties on both serving the Nobles. I'm usually not a fan of Otto but can feel his anger and frustration a little bit. But this what happened when you give power to a child. Not a man who has lots of wisdom. I wasn't surprised Aegon removed Otto from being his hand. But to give the position to Criston Cole was shocking. But the look on Otto face was hilarious. I'm looking forward to Daeron. Damon had to know they would kill the baby. He didn't hire assassins, he found two random who he knew wouldn't have stood a chance against Aeomnd or have gotten near the King. He knew.mHis either an idiot and we didn't know until now, or he knew exactly what he was doing.
Technically not his first born just his first officially recognized child. The fighting pits were filled with Aemond’s kids.
